Back pain increased so much first day of use and horrible hip pain that night. Fabric was loose after a couple hours loose. I will be returning it. I had major spine surgery less than a year ago so cannot risk yet more pain.

sits pretty high, so be ready to jump into seat and adjust mirros....alleviates some leg pain in sciatica but not 100%....still not a comfortable long ride option....

I really like the cushion,But how do you PREVENT it from "sliding" Off the seat ? Big hassle when is "slides off seat" onto dirty mat or even out the door :( :(

This pad did not really help my problem and I no longer use it. It was too thick and I felt like I was elevated. If I moved it up to provide more tailbone relief it cut off circulation in my legs. It is probably great for short people who need some height to see over the steering wheel.

For the price, it's a good cushion, but it doesn't help with tailbone pain very much. I sit on my desk for 4 to 5 hours at a time, and it hasn't really helped me with my tailbone pain. If you need a cushion, and you can only afford this, I'd recommend it. It's a stiff cushion, so after a while, your thighs also begin to hurt, so I'd suggest investing a little bit more money and time to research and buy a better cushion.

I got Piriformis syndrome and coccyx injury. Despite seeing a couple of doctors, going through lots of physiotherapy sessions and taking too many pain killers, this cushion was apparently the only alleviation I've had over the last year, but unfortunately the relief only took 15 minutes. The problem is that the cushion doens't fit my thighs and butts. I'm not fat or tall. My thighs are a little bit thicker than the average men due to sport activities. I have to adjust it all day long after every move I make while using the computer and it's never enough. it keeps sliding. The foam quality flattened after 10 days of use, specially the front part. I believe it should has 3 or 4 differents sizes to serve different bodies and weights. Also needs to improve the quality of its foam for something more resistant. Doing these it has everything to be a good product.

I'm lightweight-- about 160 pounds and 5'11" tall. As much as I wanted this cushion to work (my original chair padding seemed to have gone flat and I missed it), this cushion just did not make it better. I guess I felt like it put too much pressure on my lower back, when sitting on the chair without it did not do this. After 2 days of trying to make it work, i returned the Aylio cushion. Another downside was this seat was very expensive. I thought it must be good if it costs that much, so I was willing to pay the higher cost. But money aside, it just didn't do the trick. Maybe seat cushions just aren't for me.

not comfortable at all whether in car or at home. I was meaning to use it in the airplane travel but I need something softer.

This cushion works but be forewarned - the memory foam REEKS. It has a very strong musty and chemical smell that worsens when you sit on it and it warms up from your body temp. The smell transfers to whatever it touches including your clothes.

The cushion is comfortable for my rear end and tail bone. However, the cushion is too short for my chair. Therefore, my thighs push the edge of the cushion. I wished the edge was softer. This made my legs feel tired. I cannot use this cushion.
