The product was exactly as advertised, is excellent quality and was shipped quickly. If I could rate the vendor, I would give Aylio Wellness five stars. The reason for my two star rating is because I don't like the cushion because it, unfortunately, makes my back hurt worse. I don't know if I need a different size or length or what, but after about an hour on the cushion my bottom and hips start to get sore and when I push two hours the discomfort extends to my low back and those first few steps after standing are painful. I thought it was just me and a matter of getting used to the new cushion, but 5.5 hours sitting on it over three days and it never got better for me.

I tried to like it. I wanted to like it. I have had it for two weeks and just can't make it work with my office chair. I am constantly rearranging it, trying to get comfortable. I sit too high in the chair and my legs dangle or go to sleep. I don't feel any relief on my tailbone. It is soft and plush when I first sit on it, but after a while it is hard and cuts off the circulation to the back of my thighs.

For me it is not as advertised. I only have pain relief for about 2 hours of driving. Then it shift positions, adjust cushion, and fidget for 30 minutes until the pain is unbearable, and I have to stop and walk for a bit. Might have expected miracle, pain relief, but it's really not much different than without using it.

The item is built well but is much smaller than I expected. It only covers about half of the seat from front to back, leaving the front edge cutting mid-way under my legs. It is also thick so even with the seat at its lowest setting, it raised me to high to comfortably drive. I couldn't comfortably use the item.

better than nothing but not firm enough. condenses almost flat and I'm not that big. only works on hard surfaces. Not worth the money. The RelaxoBak Back and Tailbone Orthopedic Comfort is terrific and suggested if you are only going to get one.

Just received this cushion and it seems well made and would be comfortable, but I'm not keeping it because it adds too much height in the seat of my car (my head touches the roof). I have a 2003 Ford Escape - thought I would have plenty of room having a small SUV, but I'm 5'9" and the thickness of this product just won't work for a tall gal like me.

I had hopes this would make sitting in a transport wheelchair a bit more comfortable but it is more an opposite. My pain is actually worse when I use this and the material is quite slippery which adds to the discomfort. I really can't recommended this product.

Not the same product that we had from 4 years ago!

This is a firm cushion. It is not Comfortable to stay on it for a long time. I sit a lot on a chair af my work, and it doesn't really help. Too pricey

the sit bone part was good but the pillow hit the back of my thighs behind my knees (i have short legs) and it was uncomfortable to have it digging in the back of my thighs/knnes.
