I was having some sciatic pain when I purchased this pillow. It is very comfortable, especially in the car. Glad I ordered it.

This is a good, supportive cushion. Helps bruised tailbone. I have sciatica also. Doesn’t help as much with relief of that pain, but bought it mainly for tailbone issue.

I am still getting used to the pad, I can't say that it is perfect, my coccyx still bothers me but it is helping and feels some relief. I would recommend it and even buy another.

The item was comfortable and the material feels like soft fleece. The seat cushion has a cover that can be removed and washed. I was pleased that the item arrived quickly and on time. Thank you.

It works great, but my legs are a bit too long for this seat cushion. I wish the front extended until my knees, but it's all good.

The firmness is good, really helps, needs to be a bit longer, especially for long car trips.

I spend a lot of time driving and my tailbone and sciatic nerve typically suffer. This cushion helps alleviate much of the pressure. However, I have only used it for two long car rides and it seems to have compressed quite a bit. I am hoping that it will pop back up to be more cushion for my next long car ride.

I like it. It definitely takes some of the pressure off of my lower back when I'm sitting at work. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 just because it seems like the padding goes flat pretty quickly.

I like this better than anything I've tried before. The support is there unless the sitting time is prolonged then I get the same hamstring fatigue. Like this product.
