Not only did this cushion protect my injured tailbone while sitting at my desk all day --- it has helped my hip pain caused by bursitis. I use it at work, as well as while I ride the recumbent bike everyday. My butt can't even tell that I rode it, even after 15 or 20 miles! I would recommend this to anyone.

Arrived quickly and made car trips so much better. Could be a coincidence, but the problem resolved itself within a week of it's arrival.
