works great. DH loves it, he sits for 10 hours and it works for almost the entire time. The only little problem is it doesn't quite fit a office chair so it is a bit difficult to sit correctly in it for the entire time. But, he no longer has backaches due to work so it is a winner in my book.

Bought it for my mom as she has a coccis related OLD injury that didn't quite heal well. She said the first time she got up (after sitting on this comfort seat); she did not feel her old injury. I am therefore convinced because my mom is highly critical of 99% of the products out there! I am now thinking of getting one myself.

I bought this along with the lumbar back support pillow to use in my car. I am happy to say that this is very comfortable and it eases the impact of the bumps and potholes on my back and neck. It is likely that I will buy one for my desk chair at home. My husband found it to be very comfortable for him as well. It is a good investment. You will like it.

During some extensive traveling, my husband found this cushion helpful in relieving stress on his lower back from the very first time he used it. In the past he would suffer for several days after driving for so many hours. But the Aylio Comfort Foam seat alleviated the pressure which allowed him to drive in comfort for hours. With school I am sitting alot at home in my office. I got this to help my tailbone which has issues derived from Pilonidal Cyst disease. Due to a sacral cyst in my spinal nerve root sitting is excruciating, especially in the car. This is the 6th foam type seat cushion I've purchased in the last year and is the best one for car travel. I use it in our SUV, Pickup and sports car all with different size seats and it works well in all of them. I would recommend this cushion to anyone with any type of sacral problems.

After sitting for a short while ( even 20 minutes) my hips and rear start to hurt. My hips/rear hurt in the same way they do when I walk without arch supports because my foot rolls in - pronation. I thought it was somehow related. Its been getting worse as I get older. I am 56. It started hurting laying in bed. I did some investigation on the internet and found that that women , especially over 40 and over weight ( in my case 40 pounds can have a problem with their coccyx or tailbone not curving in with the hips as they sit. This cushion gave me instant relief as I sit. It allows your tailbone to rest in the slot in the back. I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He works out in the field so he’s frequently stuck in LA and OC traffic for many hours a day. He was complaining about severe back and leg pain, which to me, sounded a lot like sciatic pain. I had surgery for sciatic problems so I completely understand how painful that can be and can recognize the symptoms. When he first used this, he didn’t like it. He said it was comfortable to sit on but he felt too high up in his car. He continued to use it though. Over a month later, I realized he hadn’t been complaining about his back and leg pain so I asked him how he felt. He has really noticed a significant improvement, and he, himself, didn’t even realize he wasn’t hurting anymore until I asked! There have been no other changes except the use of this cushion. I began working from home full-time in March 2020. I work in IT and spend nearly my entire eight hours tethered to my laptop, so I invested in a good monitor/wireless keyboard/mouse setup to make sure my shoulders and neck (my usual problem areas) stayed in good shape. My hips gradually began getting painful, culminating in intermittent, stabbing pain in my left glute. Deep tissue massage has helped a LOT, but I want to try to prevent the problem from happening at all. I finally broke down and bought this cushion based on some good-looking reviews and the promise of a lifetime warranty. When I sat down for the first time, I immediately noticed a shift in my lower back and hips. Even though my glute pain wasn't present at the time (thanks to my amazing massage therapist), I still noticed a sense of pressure being redistributed in my entire left hip and glute. It's hard to describe, but it feels like I went from sitting on a small part of my butt to sitting with my entire backside and hips. I just used the cushion for an entire eight-hour workday and am amazed at how good it feels. I've noticed that my lower back is cracking every time I stand up, which I'm pretty sure is a good thing and means that my spine and hips are trying to align properly. It's plush enough while still being supportive. I can also comfortably cross my legs (although I'm trying really hard to end that habit) without the cushion getting in the way. The cushion has grippy bumps on the bottom, preventing the need to readjust it every time I get up. I will say that the cushion had a bit of a "new fabric smell" when I opened it. I've got a sensitive nose, so it might not be apparent to everybody, but I figured I should mention it for folks who are concerned about things like VOCs (I am merely smell-sensitive and don't measure VOCs or anything). I look forward to many more comfortable hours on my cushion and am grateful that this product has finally entered my workday and life!

I had an injury that resulted in piriformis syndrome. I have been through multiple injections, steroids, pain meds, stretches, physical therapy, you name it I tried it. The one thing that has made my life barrable again is this cushion. I sit 9 hours a day at work. Before this cushion I could hardly move at the end of the day. I needed the extra strong pain meds to make it through the day. This cushion has changed all of that! I can sit all day with no pain. I can sleep at night, I can go on car trips, I can live again. I wish I would have found it sooner. Only negative is I have to replace it about every 6 months. I am not thin though, and I sit long hours so I believe that is the reason. Either way still worth every penny!
