Item received in good time, well packaged, in good condition, and met the MFR's description. Ordered this item for my wife due to lower back problems and a "booster" cushion for the car and hard surface kitchen chairs. When driving she had to raise the seat while she drove for adequate vision over the hood, but once she was done I had to readjust the seat down which not only annoying but additional wear on the seat adjustment hardware. She has now used it for a month and finds it very helpful for her lower back pain issues and it does set her high enough while driving and once she removes it, no additional adjustment for me is needed. It also works for her well on any hard surface chair. Our only concern is the height and length of the cushion front and car seat length. We have not traveled far (due to current COVID concerns) but she's not sure how the gap between the front of the cushion end and the seat end, (about 3 inches) the creates a "drop off" will effect comfort on the back of her lags over over extended travel. Like sitting on the edge of a chair creating a pressure point on the back of the legs. I hope I described this correctly. We've adjusted the seat FWD and back to change the leg position to see if it relieves this but again until a longer drive is done, we just won't know. But as of now, this a a great cushion, well made, and provides good comfort. I would recommend this item for those with back issues.

I purchased this cushion on 5/11/17 for awful tailbone pain, and as of today (9/26/17), I have nothing but positive things to say. The cushion is firm yet comfortable, and within a week of sitting on it and making sure that my posture was proper, I noticed that my tailbone pain was gone. Flash forward four months and the pain has never returned. I use this cushion every day, for hours on end, and it's still maintained its shape and firmness—it's yet to become flat (for reference, I'm ~185lbs). I have noticed that the fabric has ripped a bit in the middle, but I'm chalking this up to something I've done rather than poor quality of the product (the rip isn't very noticeable anyway). Honestly, I am grateful for this cushion. I can't accurately describe how much I used to hurt. Thanks to this, that pain is now just a distant memory. Whenever it DOES start to flatten, I'll definitely be purchasing another one, as it's more than worth the money. I sincerely recommend getting this if you're having bad lower back/tailbone pain—especially if you feel like you're at the end of your rope. If you're like me, you're probably nervous about spending so much money on something that isn't guaranteed to work; however, while it may not completely solve your problem like it did for me, I cannot imagine anyone regretting the relief it will still offer.

I'm only 20 years old, yet I have lower back pain when sitting for long periods of time. (I got diagnosed with scoliosis at 16, not severe enough for a brace or surgery.) Lengthy car rides and flights are nigh unbearable. I'm trying to improve my posture and do everything I can to save my back now, as I know it only gets worse as you age. As a college student, sitting up in a hard chair was the only way I could get work done - the lack of support in most couches or a bed is simply impossible to work with for me. But even the hard chair got tiring after a while; my butt would even get sore. My aunt had one of these and I loved using it back in high school. I ordered one for myself in the dorms and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. It's very easy for me to sit at my desk for hours and hours now rather than constantly retiring to my bed for breaks (which always led to naps and unproductivity). I thought it was a little pricey, but it was well worth the investment, personally - and I'm practically broke. I debated with myself for a good month before hitting the 'purchase' button, because I'm that cheap. This might be a dealbreaker for some, but I notice it retains heat well and keeps the seat warm, which I like. But if you're prone to sweating, this might not be the best choice. Overall, I find it very comfortable and hope it lasts me until well after college.

The first time i drove 15.5 hours in one shot this summer (due to the covid thing) it took me a full day to recover and my tail bone was noticeably sore for 2 days. My ankles appeared swollen, etc. I stopped every two hours to jump around and stretch, wind sprints here and there even. wasn't enough apparently. However, using this pillow on my second trip made a noticeable difference. My ankles were normal afterwards, i was a little tired for a day, but absolutely no tail bone pain. It makes a real difference if you have to drive a long time. Still, experts agree, sitting still for long periods is the new silent killer. So make sure you get up and move around some regardless of whether you get the pillow or not. Is there a shouting healer? not sure.

Husband is a truck driver, got to a point when he came home on the weekends he could barely stand up or move. Said his Tailbone felt like it was going to break. At 64 years old,I have been suffering from lower back problems for several years and since my career as an insurance broker and lately, a part-time Uber driver, requires me to spend large amounts of time behind the wheel, things have gone from bad to worse. Even driving a Lexus has taken an additional toll on my back and legs. I have tried several seat cushions over the years but they just didn't work well and soon went straight into the trash. I saw this Orthopedic Foam Seat Cushion and even at $40, decided to give it a try, given it's strong positive ratings. After about 3 months of "testing" it out, I have come to the conclusion that it does really work as advertised. 6 to 8 hours a day driving is no longer quite the chore it once was. Yes, my back still stiffens up after several hours, but nothing like it did. I've even cut back on the pain meds I was taking, and that's amazing! I don't endorse any product unless I've personally tried it. And it does what it's supposed to do. A couple of reviews mentioned that the cushion got flat after a short time but I have noticed none of that. After 5-6 days a week of constant use, it still has maintained an almost like-new condition. My elderly father who is confined to his power chair or recliner borrowed mine for a weekend, liked it so much, he got one for himself. So bottom line is if you have back problems or have difficulty sitting in a car or at a desk for long periods of time, you won't be sorry with this Aylio Comfort Foam Seat Cushion.

I hurt my tailbone. I couldn't sit down for 5 minutes without being in severe discomfort/pain. This cushion provided the relief I needed. It is high quality memory foam. Comes with a soft zippered cover that is washable. This cushion has been a life-saver for me. I use it driving, at the office, conferences. For now it goes where I go. Excellent support. I highly recommend this product for back pain sufferers and anyone with a back/tailbone injury.

This is the second one of these I've purchased. The first I bought in 2016, and have used for 5 years at dialysis. I finally just wore it out. The cover is washable and easy to remove/replace. This version has sticky dots to help keep it in place. As uncomfortable as I am in dialysis, this cushion makes it much more tolerable. Thanks for a great product!

Got this for my Husband to use in our 2017 Dodge Ram 3500. We buy TOP OF THE LINE Vehicles and loaded with all the bells and whistles, however this new Dodge has the HARDEST most uncomfortable seats I've ever sat on!! We drive about 250 miles every other weekend to work on our Cabin and my Husband had actually backed off on going to work on our little spot of Heaven because his butt would hurt so bad after driving about 50 miles into the trip. I knew I had to find a solution for him. After purchasing several different cushions THIS IS THE ONE!! We got home Saturday evening and he said he couldn't believe it that his butt did NOT ache or hurt and even seemed like his hips and back didn't feel all stiffened up either. I think I might have to get one for me in my office because I set in front of a Computer for 10-12 hours a day and my office chair is AWFUL so I just might borrow his first to make sure it works in my office. I have spinal stenosis, with a cracked L5 vertebrae and osteo-arthritis throughout that area of my back. I now have sever sciatica in the right leg. Three years ago I began receiving spinal injections for the sciatica and acupuncture for the stabbing leg, ankle and foot pain. I wasn't able to tolerate soft cushion chairs any longer and changed to sitting in a glider rocker with a 3/4" piece of plywood I cut to fit the space where the cushion would normally be. This works, except my rear end gets sore and tired of sitting on the hard surface after a while and I would have to keep shifting around for relief. I bought this cushion after researching them online. This cushion has been a God send for me. It is so comfortable now and I can sit and read or watch TV for hours on end without any discomfort at all. It was rated the highest in a website I found online. I am so glad I found it!
