This is a very comfortable cushion that fits a very specific need. The only reason that I gave it four stars instead of five is due to it being a little difficult (at least with jeans on) to tell when you're seated on it properly (centered) so that your tailbone is spared additional stress and/or discomfort. If your discomfort is considerable then it certainly would be easy to find the right position that provides relief. If not, I'm not sure how any cushion could get around that.

As far as my coccyx pain is concerned I have to say that this cushion is great. I have used it for about two weeks and my pain is gone. It took a little bit of time to get used to because it only covers about 50% of the length of my legs so in certain positions it can cause leg discomfort. I solved this by leaning on my back so that the weight is shared among my back, my buttocks and my legs.

I bought this for my brother who had lower back surgery. It is helping him with dealing with his pain.

I bought this pillow after suffering excruciating pain on a 14 hour drive to my parents home for Christmas. I had the pillow delivered to their home with only a hour to spare before leaving for the next 12 hour drive to my in-laws. The Aylio pillow did not remove the pain 100% but did make it much better. It was a bit awkward at first trying to get comfortable, but after I would find the right spot, I would almost forget about my tailbone hurting. I found it difficult to use at work since have to get up and down frequently. But I would highly recommend the pillow for road trips and people who are stationary for long periods of time. I didn't think i would ever be able to take long road trips after the painful start to my holiday travels, but with this pillow I am already planning another trip in a few months.

The two foam seats that I ordered were good and firm but I wish that they were larger both in width and length as they don't fit well on car seats and chairs that are larger than they are. The edges of these are curved up so if they are not fitting on the seat you put them on, then the edges are pushing into the back of your legs etc. I am a larger person so that may be why they are not meant for me as much as they would be for a person who is smaller with a smaller area to sit on, :) but to me, they should be made wider and taller or longer for more comfort in sitting on them.

The cushion works great and has definitely helped my lower back pain. If the maker would have a strap that holds the cushion in place on leather car seats it would get 5 stars.

Gives good support for my back when sitting in the office chair I use when on the computer.
