As a result of losing a lot of weight, I lost the padding on my tailbone making it uncomfortable to sit in certain places, especially my car. This cushion is perfect. It did boost me up a bit so there was an adjustment period but driving is comfortable again!

I had a compression fracture of disc L3. This cushion made it possible for me to sit with less pressure on my lower back. I still use it. Love the cushion.

I ordered this cushion to help ease the pain of a broken tailbone. I had another foam cushion, but it was too soft, causing me pain as it compressed. I chose this Aylio cushion after reading it was firmer and more supportive. I couldn't have been happier. I am using it in the car, office, and at home.

I purchased two cushions, and I use mine at my desk. The delivery came the next day...very timely. Having had back surgery last May, I was having trouble sitting too long at my computer as an editor. But the foam seat with the split for the lower spine has worked like a mercurial in lowering my pain.I would recommend it to anyone with back problems. Joan Powell
