I received these gloves with tab broken off the zipper on the left glove. They sent me another pair and guess what? The tab was broken off of the zipper on the left glove on the second pair too!! It's so cheaply affixed that it's only a matter of using the gloves a few times before the tab breaks off the other glove too. They're OK, but not nearly as warm as I had hoped for.

I ordered 2 pairs of gloves and only received one.
