Bluetooth and chords don’t work, only solo play which plays default tunes. I can connect to the Bluetooth fine but it doesn’t play the music longer than a few seconds at a time. Not worth the hype or price for this guitar… my 4yo son likes it because it is new but this will get old quickly.

Item received appears to have been returned (dirty fingerprints on box and light scratches on guitar). None of the guitar play functions worked. One setting would play a pre-recorded song, but the strumming and button functions were unresponsive in all modes. The only interactive thing that worked on the guitar was the whammy bar, which did make a sound when pressed. It's disappointing, because the guitar is cute and the concept is good.

The first one I bought wouldn’t make noise when strummed, or hook up to bluetooth. Took it back and got another one. The new one does make noise when strummed, but the Bluetooth connection doesn’t last more than a second or two. Save your money.

I bought thjs for my grandson was the one gift he really wanted from Santa need less to say Christmas morning it doesn't work right!! Was very disappointed and now its unavailable everywhere to even replace im very upset about thjs what a let down from little tikes!!

Bluetooth Doesnt Work... The Music Just Keeps Pausing.

I bought this for my 4yr old and the acoustic one for my 2yr old to play together. Both guitars are horrible. They barely respond to strumming, play the same thing over and over with annoying loud crowd noise, and the Bluetooth feature (one of the main reasons I got it) is a complete joke. You have to strum constantly and hard just to get it to play 2 seconds of music before it pauses it again. Pressing play on my phone doesn't do anything either. You can't get a song to really play on it because it's just non-stop pausing the music and the kids got frustrated and gave up. These have been sitting for days now untouched. What a waste of money.

Horrible, Does Not Work, Music Is Super Quiet Om Blue Tooth. Save Your Money.

First of all it’s funny how all the good reviews are by people who got it free. You’re suppose to post HONEST reviews. Second, this product is absolutely HORRIBLE! It only plays for 3 second and then stops no matter how hard or fast you play it. The Bluetooth rarely works. I didn’t read other reviews because of the brand but I really wish I would’ve. Lesson learned. Such a waste of money. I got this for my sons birthday and him along with his sisters, my husband, and myself are So frustrated and over this product. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Got this for my daughter for her birthday when it originally came out last year before there were reviews. We were super excited but when we got it the quality was awful. Standard and bluetooth play if you continually strum the music only plays every couple seconds then stops no matter what. Its very annoying and frustrating. Would have been okay if the bluetooth kept just playing the music whether the child strummed or not. My daughter would much rather play on her puppy guitar that actually plays built in songs that doesn’t constantly stop.

My son was so excited to buy this that we decided to open it in the car in the target parking lot... It kept pausing every 2 seconds and it was almost impossible to get it to play. After many minutes of messing with the toy, we decided it was a piece of junk... Luckily we were still in the parking lot and decided to walk it right back in and return it. Once I got home and looked at the other reviews it appears to be a poorly made toy.
