The media could not be loaded. Beautiful color and easy setup! Great communication from the seller. We went to Home Depot and got bags of sand and filled the two black bags received with the sand and it worked out great!! Looking forward to relaxing in the shade this summer!

Love the size and look. Lights no longer working, not sure why, we only used once for about 4 hrs. Sways if little windy, so I keep the umbrella down until I am going to use it.

The umbrella is fine but I hade to make some adjustments.

I’ve purchased 2 previous Tangkula/Costway free standing umbrellas over the last 3 years and although I appreciate the improvements they’ve made in some areas, not so much in others The bags leaked sand everywhere I had to use the heavy eye sore black weights I purchased from Ace Hardware that I used on the 2 previous ones to weigh it down The first time I put this umbrella up where I wasn’t concerned about and there was no wind, there were LEDs out as seen on the pics

Within the first 2 weeks the rope pulley with the poll broke. This is a critical part to allow the umbrella to be able to go up or down. I know have to push the heavy umbrella up and insert the metal pin. If you don’t have the muscle you can’t use it. This is extremely frustrating since the box is now gone and there is no way to return this item with such a critical part broke that can be independent fixed.

I placed my order May 22, 2022. The order still has not shipped - it shows it is in the packing phase even though they sent me a FedEx tracking number right after the order was processed. Once it ships and in transit, I will update the review. However, it has not been an enjoyable experience so far.

I have 2 outdoor tables and I have never had an umbrella that doesn't fit in the table hole. This one does not fit in any table we have...make sure before you order that the umbrella hole in your table is Bigger than average.
