Strap broke within 1 month!

Too.small

Disappointed. Does not look like picture. Not long enough strap. Should have returned it as wont use it.

Other than strap breaking, I loved it! Not getting anywhere with a return. Obviously defective.

The zippering broke after two weeks!

I loved this purse used it for 2 months and the strap broke. I reached out to company for replacement but no response.

Didn't last..... Strap broke within 2 weeks and was not able to be fixed.

used it for 2 weeks handle broke off , wouldnt refund me unless i paid to ship back! terrible product and customer service

Cross strap broke twice.

I used this purse for the first time over last weekend and the strap completely broken from the inseam. I'm now requesting another one to replace this one please. Thanks
