Love the item want better workmanship!! Second bag is unseen on strap just like first one.

The odor of the two purses I ordered have a terrible odor. The are unusable.

The strap broke in less than a month.

Within 6 weeks, the zippers broke, the handle stitching unraveled, it was so poorly made, then I had to go back and fort with several emails asking to be refunded, they said they would........and never did.

I really loved this purse initially. It had everything I wanted but after 6 months of use, the strap came completely unsewn where it connects to the purse and is now totally unusable. It is sad because the purse itself is still in great shape.

Was smaller than the picture looks like

It was NOT as specified. I was very disappointed and returned item for refund.
