This product is inferior in craftsmanship. The lining is plastic and the elastic webbing on the phone pouch is disgustingly not color matched with the bag. So sorry to have received such a shoddy product. I would never carry this bag.

Strap broke after a month in a half. Couldn't get exchange or refund. Not happy.

Broke within three weeks!

I really like this bag. But it didn't last 2 months. The strap broke today

Just cheap looking. The area for the cell phone looks terrible in person. Lining in the large middle area is too loose and get's caught in the zipper. Do not buy.

Not a week after the last dat to return it the strap broke Now it’s garbage

This item is not "soft leather" or even "genuine leather" as the hanging tag says. I have returned it for credit. However is very nice and practical and I wish it were "genuine leather".

Strap pulled out of one side. Zipper came off track. Its attractive, but only used for a 2 week trip before it was unusable.

The purse I ordered wasn’t quite what I expected. I thought it would be a little larger. And the Velcro for the phone just about doesn’t reach. Have to be careful. You should identify where made. Their merchandise just isn’t up to par.
