The bag was smaller than expected, outside pocket isn't secured enough, and the zippers aren't reliable. Once the strap is adjusted it doesn't go back into place. Poorly constructed. Definitely returned it

I ordered this purse and loved the size and compartments. I used it for a week and i was in the airport when the strap pulled out of the stitching. It seemed as it was aeady fix but was not. You would have had to take sl all the lining out to stock it back together. I contacted the seller, they replaced it. Got my replacement and used this purse for about a month off and on. And this one did the same thing. and this one the one zippier broke off to. I don’t carry much in this purse either. So i waited to give this product a fair and honest review. Not happy, but did like the purse.

I did not like anything about this purse. Looks VERY cheap. The only part that is authentic leather was the hang tag. Very poorly made also. Seems are falling apart. I did not send back because it's not worth the hassle. My advice, don't buy this purse!!!

The strap broke after 3 months of use. Really disappointed in quality that it was sewn together. I was just walking to my work and it just fell off my shoulder. I felt that the crossbody bag would be safer, since thieves couldn't just grab it off my shoulder, but, seems it would have just broken off. Would have tried to contact the seller, but they do not have any links.

Bought this for my wife with in 90 days in started to come apart.

Strap broke after a month in a half. Couldn't get exchange or refund. Not happy.

This item is not "soft leather" or even "genuine leather" as the hanging tag says. I have returned it for credit.However is very nice and practical and I wish it were "genuine leather".

This purse srarted falling apart just 2 weeks after recieving it. Strap became unsecured now one side dangles. And a piece fell off...still not sure from where it came off. Very disappointed.

This is the worst product I have EVER purchased on Amazon!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ on this item!! Advertised as "Real Leather".....if it is, it is the thinnest, cheapest leather I've ever seen!! It started wearing thru to the cord around the top of the purse after 2 weeks of gentle use. I am embarrassed to use it anymore as now it's doing the same thing along the bottom. Definitely not even worth the sale price!! Very disappointed......and it's too late to return it!!
