It arrived and was actually better than I expected. They had taped the box nicely to be certain it arrived in good condition.

It has been fun learning how to use this product. I am amazed how well it works and how easy it is to learn.

I love my new kitchenaid mixer. I would have liked the bowl to be a bit wider though, Having to lift the mixer back to put in the next ingredient is a little disappointing, but all in all I'm happy with it.

I absolutely love my kitchen aid mixer. I use it a lot to make cake for customers and enjoy that I can put it to work and it will take a beating if I need it to without being damaged or breaking. Its one tough machine. Well worth the money we paid.

I wanted this product for years and I guess I had the idea that at this price point it would be the end all be all for my kitchen mixing needs. I absolutely love it for big baking days but still rely on my hand mixer for every day. It's heavy to lift and can be difficult to get in all of my ingredients easily. I wish the stand opened up more. I am still very pleased and would recommend this product - just keep in mind purpose and function. I hope to add some accessories soon and increase its versatility in my kitchen.

The only complaint I have at all is that the lever sticks between off and the 1 position. I have to jiggle it a bit to get it to that level. Other than that I have LOVED my Kitchenaid.

Love the mixer but the beaters are very poor. Oxidized after one use when they sat in clean dish washing liquid while I made the pasta. Took me an hour to get the oxidation off. Use stainless steel!
