Missing ALL attachments and cannot get anyone to fix the issue/provide an explanation. I think this was returned to Target and they sold it again without looking into the package for missing parts. Also, the new mixing bowl is garbage compared to the old one. The handle is smaller, uncomfortable, and the bowl scratches MUCH easier.

They sent me a used stand mixer. I know this because the styrofoam was damaged, there were scuff marks on the mixer, and when I tilted it back, I saw some old batter. So gross. Customer Service scheduled a UPS pickup but no real information or confirmation other than UPS will be calling me soon. Hopefully, I don't miss their call so I can be sure to leave the package out on time. Otherwise, I'll have to return it myself, which wouldn't be an issue if the stand wasn't so heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Id always wanted a KA standmixer, wanted my grandmothers but hers was lost in a fire. This one i used 3 times and now it wont turn on…..anything, yes i plugged it in to the customer service agent from kitchen aid. Absolute most rude, condescending people answering the phones to “help” customers who paid hundreds and hundreds for basically a whisk and paperweight zip tied together. Ive tried so many times to get help, and all they do is try & sell me a service agreement…and the store i bought it at tells me to call kitchenaid. So disappointed, absolutely disgusted with “customer service” Thanks for making years of waiting and working hard a waste of time

Stopped working after 3 years' usage. Found the plastic switch lever inside was melted by the motor heat. Not recommended. Hope manufacturer improve this part.

Less than two years of light use and the motor blew. Support told us we'd need to pay $200 for a new motor. Extremely disappointing for a brand with a reputation for making workhorses. It seems Whirlpool has decided to take advantage of the good will they've established with consumers over the years to sell them complete garbage. I will not be buying another KitchenAid, and I will be warning everybody I know not to fall for this scam.

I got this mixer as a gift 2 years ago and I only started using it 6 months ago waiting to finally move into my house. I was so disappointed in the attachment for this KA. My MIL bought it for me as she had her first KA mixer from her mom and wanted to pass down the tradition. She was a professional baker and never once replaced any attachments, me on the other hand the wire whisk is all bent out of shape despite gentile and rare use (just whipping cream) the other attachments are peeling and leave black residue on your hands. Overall the mixer is good but attachments are so cheap compared to older models. I kind of wish I went with cuisinart instead their attachments aren’t as cheaply made…. If you’re in the market do better research than me. I regret it.

This is my first KitchenAid stand mixer to replace the HB that last me 4 years. I’d expect to have great experience with name branding. No, not at all….. Experienced the bowel fall off and fly out the base 3 times while mixing the dough. I thought did not twist hard enough to lock with base, my husband also tried, it fly out too!! Really disappointed the quality!! Specially with big name. A simple twist lock like others may help?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mixer a month and a half ago and it’s a piece of junk. Bounces all over the place, doesn’t stay locked, even the bowl flies loose. I had a kitchen aid I got when married 20 years ago and it is amazing, this new one is garbage.
