If I could give this 0 stars I would! This mixer arrived broken, the locking mechanism would not lock, I’m pretty sure it was used prior and returned as the bowl had rust spots. Having to spend all that money just to return it was very disappointing.

I bought this and whenever I mix the bowl comes off the unit, called customer care they sent a replacement bowl stating it's the issue with the bowl not the unit, tried with new bowl still same issues and when contacting customer care they say it's out of return window.
