My boyfriends mom purchased this for me as a gift because I bake at home. It was so much nicer than my previous mixer (which was pretty nice) But the KitchenAid was quieter and quicker! And it looks terrific on my counter...SEXY! Not an eyesore...took away one star because occasionally I wil hear a "clicking" sound as it is mixing. I can't wait til I can get some attachments to use!!!!

After years of not having one, my husband gave me the mixer as a gift. I love it and have been using it pretty often. The only issue is I am having trouble determining which additional accessories are compatible with my mixer.

Love this mixer. Does everything I want. Just wish it would stay locked down, have to hold it when making dough or heavier mixes.

Had another stand mixer and this one is very sturdy and powerful. Wish the bowl attachment was bigger or offset. It is hard to add dry ingredients when baking and it's nearly impossible to use a spatula without turning off and tipping the unit back.

I have had my standmixer for about a month and absolutely love it! Mixes great and has made baking so much easier and quicker.

I personally have this mixer in silver, but ordered the Ice Blue as a Christmas gift. It appears to be a lovely mint color online, but when we received it, we found it was (to me) a tacky aqua. We exchanged for a silver one. Overall, it's a wonderful mixer, we just weren't happy with the color in person.

The mixer arived in new original packaging but once we opened it we noticed it had a big scratch on top and one in the back. I was very disappointed because it was a Christmas gift for my wife. The mixer worked great so I'm not gonna go through the hassle of an exchange. Just be prepared that it may not arrive in pristine condition.

Love my mixer, wish the “splash guard” attachment fit better. Is very easily knocked off and flour still kind of sprays all over. Also wish there was a much slower setting, not that it would get used often but sometimes the lowest setting is too fast. Otherwise love it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
