Easy to install and works well. My only complaint is it burns through batteries about every 2 months and doesn't give much warning before they are dead. Which may possibly lead to being locked out if you aren't paying attention.

I have had this just over a month now, and it seems to work perfectly. It did not fit on my door, as i have a window in my door, with the slats running across it. I used a dremel tool to route out the area of the molding that was in the way, and made it fit. So if you have a door with a window in it, that runs all the way across it, this will not fit without some modification to the door. Besides that, very convenient and useful product. I give it five stars for working correctly.

After 5 years of use, the lock stopped working. A human promptly answered the service phone and arranged to replace the lock, free of charge. Almost unbelievable in these times.

I Purchased this last week. the lock they sent me did look slightly different with different buttons, but was spectacular for the money. Easy install easy set up and this one came with a Bluetooth feature allowing you to lock or unlock for my phone anywhere in the house. Best 40 bucks I’ve spent in a long time!

I bought and installed it on the same day (Prime membership)!!! Works like a charm. I did have problem on my first try. As the previous review says, the lock would not even turn even by hand. I took it out an reinsert it, the problem went away. Something probably didn't latch on properly. Also, my door closes very tightly by design, so it helps, for doors like that, to pull the door slightly towards you while you're pushing the unlock button. Other than that, everything works as stated. I just wish they had put a button there for a door chime since it already has a speaker there for alarm.

Simple installation and very easy set up of the unlock codes. Also, the sliding panel to access the batteries is at the top and works great, but unlike another lock I had purchased on Amazon and had to return. Simply a great product for the price.

I claimed a cheaper one from the warehouse due to "damage" ..it had a scuff mark on it.. barley noticeable!! Instructions were easy, installation was easy, programming my codes were easy.. love everything about it. So thank you to who ever returned it before due to a small scuff mark, i got a great $20 deal and love it, cant even see the scuff mark, its on the bottom... 🤣

Customer service was very helpful when I assembled the lock without reading the instructions. They went steps by step and uninstall plus step by step installation until I installed and programmed the lock successfully.

Lock was quick and easy to install and works great. Mech did break but Warranty was fully honored and the unit was replaced 👍

The keyless lock looks very good. It’s a Christmas present for my daughter, so I can’t comment on the working of it now. It looks to be of very good quality, and the finish is pretty. I’m sure she will love it.
