We love the fact that we don't have to go looking for a key to get into our condo. It works perfectly and there wasn't a problem installing. One thing to note is that if you use Lithium batteries, you will not have to replace AA batteries that often. My neighbor advised me of this as we liked his so much. Energizer makes a 4 pack of Lithium batteries. Awesome product.

We live in an area where doors need to be locked art all times, leaving the person coming and going to fumble for a key often. This is what you NEED!in our circumstances. Actually fun and easy to use! But, one stopped working on five months! I don’t know if there is a bind in the door latch plate or what.

Now to be fair, I have installed these before on other homes. But that being said. The instructions were perfect and easy to understand, both for installation and for programming the combination. A hint... don't fully tighten all the screws until you test the freedom of movement of the locking deadbolt and that it fits into the opening in your doorframe smoothly. Then tighten everything up. Item is VERY well made and good value for the price.

Installation was a little more tricky because I was installing this on a door with a pre-fitted lock, and I wanted to replace that lock but use its existing latch set. When I did have need to contact the MiLocks/MiProducts support people, they could not have been more helpful. My issue was quickly solved and without cost. Now that we have had the lock operating for a few weeks, I am happy to say it is working well and easy to use. I like the fact that it can be operated using a key in an emergency should the batteries fail or a fault develop while you're locked outside. A key can be stored in a secure location outside, or carried with you, for use in such an emergency.

I found this lock for sale in many places, all with a good rating. Purchased it from Amazon on Monday and it was delivered today. 20 minutes after I opened the package, it was installed and working like a charm. EASY to read/understand instructions and they even gave me a mini screwdriver for that tiny screw closing the battery department. I'm handy but honestly, this lock was a breeze to install. Programming the keypad was very easy as well. Outside of a future electrical malfunction, I can't see this product being anything but a 5 star item. No more worries about lost keys for my teenager and with multiple access codes, we can have our own unforgettable code. Thank you MiLocks. Great product!

Wonderful product to have on home. Holds up to 20 codes (if desired) so each person can memorize their own number. We’ve had on our home for ten plus years and just bought for our daughters home and as a gift.

Works great.. Worth the money kids don't lose keys anymore and lts easy to provide a temp guest entrance to our home.once they leave l just remove their code or great for one time code plus my doctor has emergency entrance or ambulance or police

Very easy to assemble & very easy to set up codes. You can have multiple codes as well. Only thing I dislike is you have to hit the top button for the LED lights to come on at night.
