This equipment was shipped to me defective and I am now in the process of either getting a replacement or a refund. Do not buy this product.

Base is bent causing handles not to line up with control panel . Handle/control on top does not line up with the bars it is supposed to. Couldn’t even put it together. Very disappointed.

The Treadmill is too small it I un useful do not buy. Also the belt is not straight, it’s touching on side. I am trying to return they don’t want to pay for shipping cost.

Attaching the console to the supports is an exercise in futility. I got both bolts in one side, but they are not all the way own. The one the other side has one bolt holding the console because the other one just will not go in. When you pay 279 for a treadmill that is what you get. Complete waste of my money.

I am extremely upset with my purchase. When my treadmill arrived it was left outside in the rain possibly late at night or early in the morning. I opened the box and pieces were missing. There was no safety key, some of the bolts didn’t fit, there wasn’t enough washer pieces and most importantly no manual. I didn’t want to pay for the assembly when I know I can do it myself if I have the manual, but I didn’t. So I assembled it with the help of videos. Please do better.

Update: tried to sort out issue. Checked wires and lubricated the track. Machine still goes up in speed without my prompting it to. Almost broke my leg. Contacted owner. Hope they can assist. Will contact insurance tomorrow but I’m sure that’s going to be a dud as well. Update: i had to take some time off from exercise due to an injury. I started to workout yesterday and decided to walk on the treadmill for 1/2 hour. I was walking at 3.3 for about 15 minutes and all of a sudden the speed went to 6.0. I had to pull the red emergency cord. Thought maybe I hit the speed dial while running so got back on. Same thing keeps happening. The speed changes on its own. So disappointed.Old review: I was so worried about this purchase. You know the saying you get what you pay for. This was such a steal! It is easy to put together. The speed is really good. I enjoy running and I was afraid I wouldn’t feel the burn. Well i felt the burn today! I sweated like I played 5 full court basketball games. It is very easy to fold up and stow away. I am very happy with this purchase. I hope it lasts for a long time. Oh and it is very quiet!

I ordered this because it was small and cheap. Turns out I didnt know how cheap it really was. Looking at the manual it seems easy to set up. It wasnt until we actually were finding the pieces that we realized they did not send us the correct pieces (I included the manual for reference on what pieces were labels VS what they asked us to install.) Besides that, we noticed that one screw was not going in all the way. We tried everything we could to fix it but it turns out the inside of where the screw belonged was not entirely cut correctly. Every screw fit besides this one. When finally paying someone to help us install this 3 days later, we were told that screw would not fit at all and it was a manufacturer error, and it would have to go without the screw if we wanted it to work. I have contacted the seller and Amazon with no response as to what I can do from here (ex: return or refund or even maintenance to fix the screw issue.) So now we have a treadmill that is missing a cruital piece for the hand railing. Treadmill works just fine without it, but I'm afraid to even use it incase it breaks if I hold on the the railing with too much force. You are better off buying a treadmill from an actual store than buying this piece of crap. Also it doesn't tell you on Amazon, but unless you look in the manual it states you cannot walk or run on this treadmill if you're over 225lbs. I wish I never bought this and I wish I was able to get a refund or return it.

I’m only giving one star because you can’t give zero. It stopped working on the second time we used it!

The instructions are unclear, there is contradictory information in the pamphlet, names parts that are different than what was included. I contacted the company several times requesting clearer instructions for putting it together and they have not been able to provide it, not sure why. Would not recommend this company.
