Product burned out after 5 months of use. I used it 3xweek 3 miles.

I've had the treadmill for 2 months and it is reading E 07, not sure what that means but everytime I get on the treadmill, start it the machine turns off.

It is missing hardware. Such a disappointment. It took longer than expected to get, which I didn't mind, but to open the box and find I am missing all of the hardware really upset me.

I didn't like it because of the incline so I returned it.Also I'm 5'2 it is great for short people like me so if someone is tall this will not work for them because it is small.

Ordered it May 2021,arrived in 2-3 weeks. Was a bit small but we managed. Myself and kids used it during lockdown. Just now ( February 14 2021) it stopped working it seems that control panel burned. Dissapointed it only lasted for about 7 month.

I only used this treadmill for walking, never running. Despite that, the belt became crooked after a few weeks. No problem, I thought, I'll adjust according to the manual. Well that didn't help and in fact seemed only to make it worse. Then no matter how much I tightened it, the belt kept slipping. I ended up returning it.Assembly wasn't terrible, but I'd recommend not fully tightening the screws or bolts until it is completely put together because I initially put the posts in backwards and had to remove and turn them. If I'd tightened them all the way, I'd have been really frustrated.

I don't think we realized how short the running area is or how narrow - my feet kept wanting to go over. Then there is the heart rate monitor conveniently located on the handle that I keep squeezing, instead of it being on the display. Then there is the feeling that it really is not that sturdy. Not sure who designed the cup holders, but they have obviously never held a cup in their life. Finally, when my husband was running on it we heard strange sounds from the motor and the cover for it felt hot. Wish I could return this. Ah well live and learn. Getting another that I am sure will be better

I got this as a Christmas gift. After I opened it and found the parts, I assembled it as best I could. After putting in the key and turning on the switch oh, nothing happened. No moving felt, no display, nothing. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or not as there are no troubleshooting q & a's. The instructions are absolutely terrible, not clear at all and written in broken English.The box it came in was damaged during Transit so it may be dead.
