This equipment was shipped to me defective and I am now in the process of either getting a replacement or a refund. Do not buy this product.

I am extremely upset with my purchase. When my treadmill arrived it was left outside in the rain possibly late at night or early in the morning. I opened the box and pieces were missing. There was no safety key, some of the bolts didn’t fit, there wasn’t enough washer pieces and most importantly no manual. I didn’t want to pay for the assembly when I know I can do it myself if I have the manual, but I didn’t. So I assembled it with the help of videos. Please do better.

Base is bent causing handles not to line up with control panel . Handle/control on top does not line up with the bars it is supposed to. Couldn’t even put it together. Very disappointed.

It never worked. I asked for a refund and got nothing.

Update: tried to sort out issue. Checked wires and lubricated the track. Machine still goes up in speed without my prompting it to. Almost broke my leg. Contacted owner. Hope they can assist. Will contact insurance tomorrow but I’m sure that’s going to be a dud as well. Update: i had to take some time off from exercise due to an injury. I started to workout yesterday and decided to walk on the treadmill for 1/2 hour. I was walking at 3.3 for about 15 minutes and all of a sudden the speed went to 6.0. I had to pull the red emergency cord. Thought maybe I hit the speed dial while running so got back on. Same thing keeps happening. The speed changes on its own. So disappointed.Old review: I was so worried about this purchase. You know the saying you get what you pay for. This was such a steal! It is easy to put together. The speed is really good. I enjoy running and I was afraid I wouldn’t feel the burn. Well i felt the burn today! I sweated like I played 5 full court basketball games. It is very easy to fold up and stow away. I am very happy with this purchase. I hope it lasts for a long time. Oh and it is very quiet!

The belt keeps sliding!!!! No matter how I tighten the belt it moves and its loud!!!! Wish I never bought!!!
