Received product but doesn’t work. It worked one time and then quit. Returning item but being charged shipping fee - shouldn’t be charged for retuning defective item.

Needs to be wider.doesn't fit the entire seat

Driver side is fine. Heats up quick. Passenger side display malfunctioning so can’t control. Seems to heat up but ideal. Both worked good about a day.

The connection is cheap and does not stay on. So the seats do not warm up , cheap cheap cheap plastic for the connection do not buy this Crap. I had to use Tin Foil to have it stay on….. this is CRAP manufacturing and CRAP production. Do not buy this CRAP.

False advertising. This is advertised as “versatile” It’s shown and described as being used in an office. How can you do this if it only receives power from a cigarette lighter port in a car? Also, why would you buy a two-pack if you couldn’t use one in a car and one in an office. Explain this to me and I’ll increase my rating. I’m very disappointed right now, having purchased these as a gift to be used that way.
