It was cool my son loved the rocks, but the picture at the crystal geo in it, I was expecting at least one... no such luck

The stones are too way small but my son is happy since we can go out to get them in the cold weather.

It had a nice large identification map on it that is reusable. That was about rhe only good thing about it. The rocks were so small the only use for them would be for a fish tank. I threw them in the gravel path. Get the National Geographic one instead.

These are the rocks and minerals included in my box..... the large bag looks like aquarium peoples..so disappointing, as a teacher I was excited to share this with my class. The sorting mat is great ...it is the best part of this kit. I paid 24.99 and although some of the items were of good quality ,those little pepples included so they could clean over 250 genuine specimens is a joke. I have purchased from other companies and will go back to buying g from them...so terribly disappointed

I was pretty disappointed by how tiny some of the rocks are. Some of them are literally tiny shards of rocks. It has a decent variety although we had mounds of 2-3 types of rocks and just a few (or none) of the other types. Overall, not terrible but the specimens really should be bigger and there should be a more equal quantity of each type.

I bought these for a gift to my nephew and my niece for their birthdays! But alas I never got a feedback from them about the product. They are seven years old so maybe it was too old of a gift for them oh well I enjoyed giving it to them! Maybe too young maybe too young maybe too young

There is a good variety and selection, but I expected to have at least one of each. It was frustrating to try to teach these and the kids couldn't see 3 or 4 of them. There are multiple of the cheap ones, but the more expensive ones were not there. Big disappointment!

Product arrived very quickly and in great condition. Very expensive, wouldn't have bought without the coupon. Split this set between 3 granddaughters who love rocks and stones. Most stones were semi polished. The fossils and shark teeth, in small separate plastic container, weren't exceptionally good, but okay. Comes with 3 separate bags(pretty nice) containing different kinds of stones. Very cheap magnifying glass.

We ordered this set to make “you rock” valentines when the $7 set we originally ordered updated to say it was coming a week too late. This one was much more expensive but could come same day. The set is 1 large bag of pebbles, 1 small bag of polished stones, and 1 small bag of unpolished stones. Super disappointed for the price. We used the polished and unpolished for valentines … no idea what we’ll do with the random bits of things left over. Total bummer.

Meh. it was OK I enjoyed myself for about 20 minutes. I didn’t see any fossils in there though. And I wish they wouldn’t of put all the rocks together because when you handle them they have very sharp edges and a lot of the pieces have broken off into the bag. maybe use some gloves. I understand at the rocks and it’s going to happen but it’s exasperated by the fact that they’re all just in a plastic bag together. I wouldn’t recommend this if there’s other stuff that’s better.
