Great stick vac

I was eager to see this product since our back door is used as the primary entrance to the house and there is always debris getting tracked in not to mention cat hair. The vac was partially charged when we took it out of the box and assembled it very easily so I immediately gave it a try. I was impressed at how well it sucked everything up in its path and it also worked well on a small area rug too. I really like the "headlights" it has on the floor attachment, that is a good perk. As soon as we get the wall mount secured we'll get it a full charge and get to work! I hope it will be able to stand up to the demand in the long run, so far so good.

Excellent choice within our budget

With a golden retriever/lab mix and a Great Dane (they shed SO much more than i could've ever imagined) this stick vacuum works wonderfully. I've bought 2 other brands of cordless stick vacuums and returned both w/in 24 hours (btw, in same if not better condition they were purchased in!) This guy holds a charge well, is super quiet and has great suction It's not the corded Dyson I bought for $400 way back when but it sure is lighter, more convenient and quick. I come home for lunch to let the dogs out and can grab this to do a quick sweep so it's not so bad when i get home that night. Def a good choice over some of the better known brands that i first tried. *notice the photo-sorry so gross but wanted to show how well it picks up...that's from one good sweep of my tile and hardwood floors...THAT I VACUUMED THIS MORNING!! So yeah, I'd say it's a good choice for the $100ish price tag Hope this helps!

Lightweight and powerful

This Tineco A10 series stick vaccum cleaner is simple to operate and works very well. It comes with an instruction manual that allows you to see each step for assembly and shows you how to operate it. This is a lightweight cordless vaccum cleaner that makes it easy to clean area rugs, stairs, furniture and more. It comes with a wall-mounted dock so you place it on it to charge and store it which is great because it doesn't take up much room and it's easy to locate when you need to vaccum. I really like the bright LED lights on the front of the vaccum because you can see any dirt or debris you need to get. This Tineco A10 series stick vaccum cleaner also transforms to a hand vaccum cleaner for cleaning furniture, your car or stairs. It has powerful suction power but is not very loud when it's operating. It's very lightweight and the handle allows you to change directions of the power brush so you can quickly change directions and reach hard to get to spaces. The dustbin is easy to empty and put back on and there is a trigger you hold on the handle while you vaccum to keep it running and you just let go of the trigger to turn it off. I like the modern design and look of this stick vaccum and it work great for me. I have six children and a dog plus a cat so I spent way too much time cleaning up after them but this cordless vaccum makes my work easier and takes less time. If you are looking for a quality stick vaccum with lots of advanced options I would give this one a chance because it is very effective.

Quiet and efficient!

I have had a number of cordless vacuums and have always appreciated their convenience. This is by far the lightest and quietest cordless vacuum I have ever had. It comes with a docking station you can put on the wall near a plug so you can store and charge the unit safely. I like that you don't have to have it charging to have it on the dock. The charging cord can be unplugged so you're not constantly charging the battery, which can wear down batteries over time. Once charged the vacuum has plenty of time to vacuum the hard floors in my kitchen and entry way and I haven't had issues with battery wear time at all. The unit itself is lightweight, quiet and easy to maneuver, even around kids. You need to push the "trigger" button on the handle to work the vacuum so it only stays on when you are vacuuming. I love the light on the motorized brush so even in dim light I can see all the crumbs and dust on my floor that aren't apparent otherwise. You also get two attachments for smaller areas as well as a cleaning tool to cut and get rid of hair or debris in the motorized brush head. The vacuum comes apart easily with clear buttons for attachments as well as the dust cup which can be emptied easily. Overall a good looking, efficient vacuum that gets daily use in our house. I would definitely repurchase from this brand, it's fantastic!

Better than the “big” and high cost brands

I bought a stick vacuum when I bought my house in September, and almost immediately was disappointed with the vacuum. They said I could return it, but the Hassle was an inconvenience so i hung onto it to use for quick clean ups. It is a similar concept- handheld, cordless, Rechargeable battery operated. So I was really quite excited to be able to try this one and review it to compare to the other one. Run time from full charge to dead: low- “big brand”- 12 minutes Tineco- 23 minutes High- “big brand”- 7-8 minutes Tineco- 12 minutes. I mostly use mine for hard flooring to try and quickly clean up the shed hair from my 5 cats and 1 pug. Occasionally I will do a quick run over the bedroom carpets, but that's typically reserved for my heavy duty vacuum. The tineco also has a floor light which is truly AMAZING to help see all the stray (and OMG so much more than can be seen with the naked eye) pet hair. It did an excellent job pulling from the edges right up to the wall. Weight wise, they are about the same. Tineco has a button to turn the vacuum on, and a lever-type piece that can be switched to hold the power button. My ONLY issue was when using the lever to Keep the vacuum running, I kept knocking it and turning it off- easily resolved by flipping it back over. Overall, being about half the price of the big brand I got, it definitely blows the other out of the water. Longevity will be tested, but Tineco feels like a pretty solid device with decent warranty, attachments, and features. Definitely recommend!

A10 Spartan vs. Dyson

I just happened to have bought a Dyson cordless stick vacuum a few weeks before I received this one for giving an honest review. In short, I wish I had saved my money (even though I got a great deal) on the Dyson. First impressions the A10 is very well packaged and well made. It has a trigger lock and a rubberized grip, the Dyson does not. You can remove the battery from the unit to charge it and the wall mount has a spot for a secondary battery. The Dyson has neither of these features. The dirt chamber is easy to remove, disassemble for cleaning, the Dyson does not have any of these features. Even though the unit is made in China, the instructions are clearly written and easy to understand. The A10 has wheels on the motorized brush, the Dyson doesn't but I can't really tell any difference that makes. The A10 has 3 LED lights that indicate charging and discharging state. The Dyson has one light which is not nearly as informative. A small nice detail is the serial number is printed on the registration card. You don't have to search all over the product to find it. Has LED lights on the motorized brush head, which you can see in the picture. No such lights on the Dyson. Dislikes: the motorhead on the A10 will not hang up in the bracket without the battery being installed and the accessories are ridiculously expensive. The picture shows a heavy duty rug (hard to clean) in my mud room. The A10 quickly made it look almost new. Wish I had taken a before picture but suffice it to say the rug was filthy. In conclusion, I would buy this over the Dyson if it is cheaper. It definitely has a lot of nice features and is more user friendly than the Dyson. I can't speak to longevity or customer service at this point.

I Love This Vacuum!

The Tineco A10 Spartan Cordless Stick Vacuum is amazing! I got the package in the mail and had it set up in no time. Great manual, and easy to follow instructions made it simple. It was working right out of the box, but it suggested that you let it charge. I installed the holder on the wall and set it to charge. Only took a short time and it was ready. Used it for my tile floor. Was super simple to navigate and sucked up everything in it's path. There's even a switch to hold the power button on, so you don't have to press it with your finger all of the time, and that made it super easy. Great quality, good suction, doesn't weigh much and is perfect for quick clean-up. Removing the top part to be a smaller machine is super simple, too! This Tineco can go anywhere! I love it, and would definitely recommend it!

A10 Spartan Cordless Stick Vacuum

Wow! This vacuum really works well. More than pleasantly surprised at the cleaning power/suction it has, and it is not very loud. Easy set up. Well thought out unit, attachments and storage/charging base station. Rugged yet not so heavy (less than 3 lbs) that its awkward or tires out one's hands. The rotating power brush really picks up the dirt and dust. The other attachments include crevice and brush tools, along with a cleaning tool (a neat feature). Very easy to empty the dustbin and let me say again how surprised I was at how much dust and dirt it picked up. Very, very impressed. Comes with a two year warranty that I hope I never have to use and from my use so far, I highly doubt I will.

I love this Vacuum!

So full disclosure, I do not vacuum. The Hubby is responsible for doing that in the house. So when I got this I thought it would be great for spot touches and vacuuming out the cars. Setting it up was was pretty easy. All of the parts and attachments click right in place. I had no issue with putting them on and off. Be warned about the dust trap. I made the mistake of hitting the button to open and empty it, but I forgot that it just drops open! Meaning you MUST be over a trash can before you click the button to open the dust trap, otherwise, it will just drop the dirt right back onto the floor. I tried every attachment to see how they all performed and each one worked as described. I especially liked the crevice tool. There were a lot of little areas that our traditional vacuum doesn't get to. Being able to just click on the crevice attachment and suck up the dirt in the corners was so satisfying. I also love that the regular rotator brush head worked great on bare floors. I was able to suck up all the hairs on my bathroom floors with ease. It's the best tool for doing the stairs (I really hate carpet sometimes). But I tested it out attaching the rotator brush without the extender wand and it was pretty easy to give a quick vac to the staircase. It also worked brilliantly on our furniture! That's another reason I wanted this. Even though Hubby vacs the floors he doesn't exactly use the attachments to suck dirt anywhere else (Yes I also asked why we have them if you're not using them). But at least now I can make quick work of it with this vac. The best part is the fact it's cordless! It makes it even easier to just tote and use wherever you need it. I think it's pretty lightweight even with the wand and rotator brush attached. I only got arm fatigue when I did the stairs. It also has a trigger you can hold to keep on OR you can flip a switch to keep it running. That could be helpful for longer vacuum jobs. Charging goes pretty quickly as well. I haven't set up the wall storage it came with but it's a good option if you need it.
