The product came used and missing charger

This stick vac sucks but only in the figurative sense because the one thing it can't do is suck up anything! It has the suction power of a baby trying to use a straw for the first time. The only outcome you'll get when using this vacuum is frustrated. I pick up more things on the bottom of my feet than this vacuum does. Buy anything else! Truly anything!!

Opened up the package, and there was dirt/ debris in the vacuum canister. The item was sold as new.

After the first use I can't keep it on. Ive cleaned it and it doesn't last but a second and then it cuts off. Not worth it to me.

I was super excited to try this vacuum but unfortunately I'll be returning . The wheels barely roll and literally will not budge when it hits the rug. It's not even a tall rug either more of a jute blend. The suction is okay at best . I would not recommend this for a household that has dogs that shed a lot or if you have mostly carpet or rugs . If you're in a small apartment with mostly hard flooring it may work fine for you but not for me sadly .

This vacuum does not hold a charge for more than 10 minutes. Bought one and returned it for a replacement. Got replacement and same problem. Both vacuums were charged for more than 8 hours. Battery shows fully charged and within minutes of use on the low setting, the battery died. Not just lost power but died. This vacuum is garbage.

very disappointed with this item. does not pick up anything from rug. bearly pick up from floors, battery lasts like 5 mi minutes when you used. to mount it in the wall takes a ridiculous amount of time, no worth buying it, im going to try to return it

I bought this vacuum about two months ago and it has had problems nonstop every since. The battery doesn't last on it for more than four minutes, he constantly says that I need to clean the filters but they're already clean. And I'm constantly charging it
