If you have a pet, this is not for you. I would say this is good for a one person, small apartment. And that one person needs to be gentle with it. This was very cheaply made. The dirt cup is tiny. Maybe holds a cup, and super thin plastic. They couldn't have made this any cheaper. I can see the latches and clips snapping off in no time. The suction is good, and the LED lights on the vac head are really good, but the cheaply way it was made, and the tiny dirt cup... they had a good idea here, for a few dollars more, it could have been good.

It's okay - I love that it's lightweight and cordless , that I can grab it for a quick vacuum. However, I've had it 2 months and it's stopped working as strong as when I first got it. DOES NOT vacuum well on my rugs as opposed to my hard woods so I'm having to buy an additional one. It also will dump the last bits when you turn it off back on the floor and it will not vacuum when you pull it across floor in reverse motion, it just pushes the stuff.

This does not hold up to the Tineco name. This stick vaccum is terrible!!! It does not pick up, doesnt roll well over my rug, and the battery life is terrible. i really dont have much good to say about it.

This product is light but weak. Advertised as 25 minute run time but it must be run at “Turbo” to be effective, that cuts run time to 10 minutes, they say. The beater bar is what appears to be a foam rib rather than brushes, so forget about doing carpet. Low price, and you get what you pay for.

As a previous Dyson and current shark owner with a house full of kids and animals we enjoy our high end more powerful vacuums. I was tired of dragging the vacuum upstairs so we purchased this tineco for upstairs only. It's lightweight which is nice but it is so light you really have to push and pull because it doesn't have much umpf behind it. Vacuuming a rug it practically stops spinning. The spinning brush on the bottom is small so you don't have a lot of coverage. The battery life is poor and barely allows me to vacuum in one session. You have to use the “max” setting on carpet or it doesn't work. With the “max” setting you have about 10 minutes. The canister is a bit of a pain to empty. It's just all around a cheap vacuum and not comparable to other brands. It'll work for our low traffic upstairs but it would not be a good vacuum for a high traffic area. You definitely get what you pay for with this vacuum. I purchased this vacuum based off of the decent reviews. I honestly believe if you are a clean freak like me and want a job well done you won't be fully satisfied with this vacuum. I would never use this thing in our living room. I vacuum twice a day upstairs, new carpet, no animals upstairs, so it doesn't have to do much work which is why I'll keep it. If you put this thing to the test you would be disappointed.

I really wanted to love this vacuum and was so disappointed in it. I have heard people rave about the Tineco wet vac so I gave this one a try. It's NOT good. Our house is primarily tile with carpets through the bedrooms. We live in the country and our dogs bring in dirt. It's not heavy duty cleaning and this thing failed miserably. It can't even dust blinds without alerting us that the filters need to be cleaned. As for the floors, we'll it sucks up dog hair or anything “light” but everything else just rattles around in the long vacuum attachment then falls out when you turn the vacuum off (pictured below). I gave it a week, and it just is still bad. This thing is going back and I guess we're just shelling out the money for a Dyson or Shark sadly.

Does not go on carpet! It may go on industrial or super thin carpet but not normal household carpet. Would of probably worked fine for hard wood floors. I wish it stated it wasn't good for carpets. Added a picture of my carpet as reference it wouldn't go on my carpet at all.

We were quite enthusiastic when we received this product but that enthusiasm was tempered by its limitations and maintenance costs. It picks up well and runs fairly quietly but the amount of running time per charge is very disappointing--it only runs a maximum of 25 minutes on a 3 to 4 hour charge. The maintenance costs are also nothing to rave about--a filter replacement package runs about 30 bucks every 3-6 months--costly. Also, the car accessory does not work as well on a car rug as the vac does on house carpeting. Finally, this product is made in China and the customer service was very spotty when I called the toll-free number (lot of technical and connection problems and long wait times). I honestly would not recommend this product, especially at the approximate cost of $200.

I got this vacuum as part of the Spark Reviewer program. I have hardwoods floors, 3 kids and 1 dog, so I'm very picky when it comes to cordless vacuums. I need a powerful vacuum with a good amount of battery life. So here you go... PROS: - I like the LED lights on the front of the vacuum. They are angled such that it makes seeing the crumbs on the ground much easier. - The clear canister reminds me to empty the bin every time before use. Its a snap and takes 30 seconds to do. Making sure to empty it regularly seems to help it's performance. - The wall attachment for storage is very helpful, so you don't have to worry about having to store it somewhere out of the way. It also has a spot for the attachments. CONS: - I use the max setting when I'm doing my normal cleaning because the suction power is greatly lacking on the normal setting. It's ok for stuff stuck in the corners, where the floor meets the wall, but it doesn't work well on larger bits of debris. - Any type of hair gets stuck on the roller bar and causes it to stop rotating. The suction power is not good enough for it to suck the hair up into the canister. - My biggest complaint is the battery life. If you use it on the normal mode it lasts 10-12 minutes, but the suction is horrible. If you use the max setting it literally lasts 5 minutes at the most! I don't know about you but I can't vacuum my house in 5 minutes. Let alone one room. It also takes 3-5 hours for a full charge, so after five minutes of use you have to charge it again for 3 hours. I don't have time for that. As you can see, this model wasn't able to meet my expectations. It might be good for someone with a small apartment that needs something for quick usage, but it's not made for longer usage.

This vacuum is only good for my kitchen which is vinyl flooring. The rest of my house is carpet and this vacuum sadly doesnt do anything on my carpets. Kinda bummed i spent this much on a vacuum just for my kitchen. I have 2 dogs that shed quite a bit… and this wont help at all.
