Sucks. The max suction doesn't work half the time, and you have to smack it in order for it to work the times it does. Wish i would've returned it before the 90 days was up

Probably the worst vacuum I've ever owned. I vacuumed my house and now it won't stay on because the filter clean light comes on. I cleaned them several times and the vacuum will only work for a few seconds before shutting off. Waste of money

Got it for Christmas for my mom and within a week it stopped working had to return

I did tons of reviews on this product before purchasing it. The brand itself seem to have some positive reviews. But this model is a big waste of plastic. this has no suction at all. And it dies on you after the first 40sec. for the first month the battery last but there was no suction. after 3 weeks the battery power went down to 40 seconds even on a full charge. The very turned it the lady told me there was four more that came in that morning that people were trying to return.

This vacuum was okay at first, but now it lasts maybe 5 minutes on max and maybe 8 minutes on regular. The roller will hold onto stuff and then spit it out, or crush up stuff and spit crumbs all over the floor. Also, our charger snapped in half somehow. This vacuum is very poorly made.

Absolutely terrible. Bought this for myself for Christmas, used it once for maybe 5 minutes. Now it won't stay on for longer than 2 seconds even after being charged all day and night. The light blinking says filters need cleaned, cleaned and replaced them and still it won't work. Do NOT buy. Already got rid of the box so I can't even return it back to WM now and I've had it less than 3 weeks and have only used it that one time

I really wanted to like this vacuum. After several months of use I've noted that the suction really fails after so many minutes and doesn't maintain it like my Dyson did. In addition, the filters are hyper sensitive and a pain to clean. Im very diligent about cleaning them and still have issues. I'm going to have to replace the filters quite often, another issue I didn't have with my Dyson.

Horrible dont buy had mine less then a year and it will pick crumbs and dirt up but then you turn it off it will all fall right back out and now it will turn on for a second and then stops working like it's dead but it's not and all the filters are clean

Purchased on the recommendation of a friend who loves her Tinoco, as well as Consumer Reports reviews…and I loved it for about 30 minutes of use over a couple weeks. The vac began running for a couple seconds and turning itself off…the indicator light was flashing to clean the filters. Everything was already empty but I cleaned the parts. Honestly, if I have to wash filters every 2-3 days after vacuuming up the leaves that come in with the dogs, the unit is poorly designed and not a convenience over dragging out my standard vac. I found a Tinoco response to an online complaint about the same issue that suggested testing the unit with each part removed to figure out which one is the issue….with nothing attached and all filters removed, the unit still turns itself off after a couple seconds. It is more frustrating to have a brand new product just stop working. I already threw away the box so I don't know if WM will take it back or if I'm out almost $150. When it worked, I really really liked it…

Item died less than 4 months later. It is fully charged but will not stay on for more than a few min and feels very hot when it is running for the few min, tineco has not been helpful in repairing or replacing item. Money wasted. Will not purchase this brand again.
