I paid a good amount for this item and one other hydro flask but Target doesn’t care enough to wrap the items-they arrived scratched from shipping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I have to say I love Hydro Flask! I have several customized bottles also some of the “glassware” items. I was so disappointed when I received this latest order because my name that was custom engraved on the bottle was off center. My other bottles with my name are perfectly centered. With this new bottle, I can’t put a boot on as it sadly covers part of my name. I am now hesitant in placing any future orders.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hydro Flask (Pink) Colder Hotter Longer does not work as advertised. The Ice melt very quickly and cold water does not stay cold. It has been this way since I received it recently. Shows no signs of being dropped in transit. It just doesnt work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited about my bottle but I've found that the straw is very particular. If I don't set it to the exact right angle, water goes everywhere. I am pretty disappointed, especially considering the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The straw is great but why doesn’t it lock into place when opened in the same fashion as when it’s closed? It leaks from the top which makes it sputter when the straw is folded and snapped back into place. And most frustratingly it doesn’t come close to fitting in any car cup holder because it’s way too wide

This new one does not keep my water cold. My ice melts immediately. I’m glad I kept my old one because I’m already using it again. I don’t know if yall changed the way you made them or what but the quality isn’t the same.
