Received as a gift, did okay for maybe a week then I noticed ice melting much faster than expected, but oh well everything is junk in this day, but after two months the lid seal for flip up nozzle leaks air into spout so unusable at this point, not to mention leaks from lid now too. I can't imagine I'm just incredibly unlucky so it's likely another garbage, disposable product that will end up in the landfill, but hey look at those profit margins! Cherry on top is wasting an hour of my non-existent free time spent on the warranty process (pics, contact info, verbiage of what's wrong, and now this review) only for it to fail with error message "Your submission was not successful. Please try again later. ". I should send a bill for my time. . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hydroflask has been my go to water bottle for YEARS - long before it was "cool" to own one. I have some from the very beginning that still hold their insulation. Yet the new ones are loosing it (without being dropped or knocked into anything) very quickly. I have had to replace one twice within 6 months, and my other 2 that are 32 oz within a year of purchasing. Not the quality that they used to be at all which makes me so bummed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Flex Straw Cap on the bottle is mediocre at best. The straw has to be tilted in the prefect position to work. We have at least a dozen hydro flask bottles, and they are our favorites, but this one is the worst of them. We’re gong to have to buy regular caps and use them as twist-offs.
