And my boyfriend loves my bottle so I wanted to give him one and I had the opportunity to do so, since my mother had to travel for work, but unfortunately this bottle failed, one cannot drink water properly, because you cannot suck easily, and it also drips. It's a shame but I wanted to know what we can do about it because I know their brand is incredible and it must have been bad luck. Many greetings, I remain very attentive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *Sigh* I want to rate this water bottle higher than 3 stars, but the top is such a huge downgrade that it knocks it down two stars. I can forgive this water bottle for some of its sins, like the fact that after two months it's gotten a couple of dents, it leaks a little bit, but the worst part of this water bottle is that it's impossible to open. On the old model, the loop existed to anchor my hand when I was trying to open the water bottle, but now there is nothing to anchor my hand to, so opening this water bottle is super difficult. It is the worst part of this water bottle and I hate it so much. Please, hydroflask, why'd you get rid of the old top? Bring it back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mouth piece with the straw doesn’t stay up which impacts the ability to sip. You need to make sure it’s perfectly straight but it doesn’t lock straight into place which is a little annoying

Hate that if you twist the lid as far as it goes you need serious wrist/hand strength to get it off when you need to refill your bottle. Not particularly user friendly at that point.
