[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product a couple of times and wish I could love it. My main issue is that I just can't work past the pain. I'll give it a couple more tries though. The ice roller does help, it was a nice feature. Secondly, there is a learning curve. I couldn't get all my hair on the first pass. I got better the more I used it, so I think it was user error. That being said, my legs remain hairless much longer than shaving which almost makes it worth it.

I've been tempted to try an epilator for a while but it looked a bit intimidating so this sample was the perfect opportunity to finally give it a shot. I have to say, the ice roller it comes with makes a big difference. It's easy to assemble, practical since there's no cord, and perhaps a good first epilator to try. I can't say much in terms of how it compares to others since this is the first one I try, but it was definitely less scary than I thought it would be. I liked that it has two speeds too so you can choose the slower one if you're initially scared like I was. Keep in mind that epilators are not for everyone. Don't expect it to be as painless as shaving, but again, that's true for any epilator in general. It takes a few tries to figure out how to properly use it and get used to it, but if you want to try one and not have to do so much frequent shaving, this one is a good option, especially with the ice roller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product from BzzAgent. It was very intimidating at first. I'm a wax girlie so this epilator felt very different. It feels like the hairs are being zapped off. The ice roller was not that helpful. The directions weren't that clear. After doing multiple test patches I got the hang of it and from there it was great. I used it and my legs are still smooth 8 days later! Hopefully the results last as long as a wax. It has definitely beat the razor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product hurts a little when using but I have noticed my hair on my chin and upper lip not coming in as it usually does. I love that it comes with a piece you can freeze to help sooth it. I would definitely recommend.

It comes with an attachable ice roller, it's rechargeable, lightweight, and easy to take on vacation. The feeling is a lot like waxing- everyone's pain tolerance is different so to some it may hurt a lot, but to other it is nothing. For me it was a bit painful, but not intolerable. It pulls the hair from the root, so it is not like shaving. Because of this, however, you're left with really sleek, smooth areas and it takes longer for your hair to grow back afterwards. If you're tired of paying to get waxed or are of shaving so frequently this is the product for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product as a part of a promotion in exchange for my honest feedback. As a woman who has battled more than half of my life with stubborn and excessive body and facial hair, I have tried many different home remedies, products and tools over the years. The Conair GIRLBOMB rechargeable epilator is one of the more effective in extending time between hair regrowth. I have used it on my face, chin, arms and legs. It gives me a good 3-4 days of smoothness and 5-7 days of scattered regrowth that is minimal enough I can feel comfortable being in public and not attempting to hide my skin. In that respect, it is a valuable tool to have around and I would absolutely purchase another if I needed to. I'd also say that one of the two attachments I found useful for small targeted areas (like my chin), as for the ice roller attachment-frankly I've had this for a year and have never cared to use it. With that said, there are some cons to consider as well. First, it is painful! Tolerable, but definitely stings real good. Second, it is time consuming. Even for small areas like sideburns or chin. Also, and most annoyingly for me, the charge doesn't last long enough. If I am doing my lower legs on a full charge I can get done one side and maybe start the other before it needs another charge. Overall I think it's a useful and effective tool for salon waxed smoothness with results that extend time between regrowth and doesn't break the bank.

The ice roller is a lovely plus. The only downside is how long the process takes to get rid of the hair in the desired area. But on a positive note, at least it won't be as often as shaving! I definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I self wax using sugar. Compared to sugar waxing the epilator has less ouch or pain factor and still leave your skin feeling nice and smooth. I love an electronic trimmer for my underarms and prefer to use that over waxing or plucking as I typically end up with ingrown hairs. I wouldn't use the epilator for underarms. I would buy this product as a replacement for a manual shaver which I sometimes use when I don't want to sit down and wax. It's an effective timesaver with great results!
