I really wanted to love these For my sneakers, I have two pairs of Nike air maxes that absolutely love the look and feel of the sneaker. Unfortunately, the fit is very uncomfortable and I find that a hour or so. I am uncomfortable wearing them. I thought that these would be a great addition to the sneakers to make them much more comfortable for daily use unfortunately I had to cut the insole to fit my women’s size 8 shoe and unfortunately it was still too tight and I ended up not being able to comfortably have my feet in my sneaker at all. I honestly would only recommend if you size up to add comfort than what you normally wear for brands that sell snugg footwear

I don't think these insoles were any more comfortable than the insoles already in my shoes. Maybe these would work as replacements for worn out insoles but not as a better alternative. However, I do like that the heal portion comes up and supports the sides of your heal - seems like this could help a little for people that roll their ankles in or out when they walk. These are labeled as "men's" but the cutting guides on the bottom mark women's sizes as well (although, the guides only start at a women's 11). I'm a woman and wear a size 10; I simply cut where it appeared the line for my size would have been and it did fit well in my tennis shoes. The insoles are easy to cut with house scissors.
