I really wanted to love these For my sneakers, I have two pairs of Nike air maxes that absolutely love the look and feel of the sneaker. Unfortunately, the fit is very uncomfortable and I find that a hour or so. I am uncomfortable wearing them. I thought that these would be a great addition to the sneakers to make them much more comfortable for daily use unfortunately I had to cut the insole to fit my women’s size 8 shoe and unfortunately it was still too tight and I ended up not being able to comfortably have my feet in my sneaker at all. I honestly would only recommend if you size up to add comfort than what you normally wear for brands that sell snugg footwear

These insoles are comfortable. I'm a size 11 and got the S/M. They fit pretty good in my shoes. All I had to do was slide them right in. The first time I used them I thought they were a bit narrow. After a few more uses, they seemed to stretch and work good.

Cut to size, I was hoping to use these in my ankle boots that I often wear to work; however, they proved very difficult to get into my boots and I eventually gave up. I’ve found that it is best to insert them heel first. Unfortunately, these made my white tennis shoes too tight and uncomfortable. Ultimately, I removed the insoles from my running shoes and replaced them with these. Best solution.

I wasn’t impressed by these insoles- they are quite thin, don’t offer much padding, and have a high arch which I am not used to nor do I like. It was nice that you could cut the insoles down to whatever size you need though.

When I initially unboxed these insoles, I thought that they would be somewhat comparable to Dr Scholls. I was able to trim them easily to fit my shoe size. Once I cut them to size and inserted them into my shoes, I went for a 2 mile walk around my neighborhood. My opinion of them is that they are subpar. They don't offer much support and aside from that, my original shoe insoles feel more comfortable than these. I work in a machine shop and I am always on the lookout for comfortable shoes/insoles. I wore these in my workboots and never again. My joints ached after standing on a stressmat all day so I am unable to provide a positive review on these. I will say that if someone's shoe insolves are completely worn out then these would be a better alternative than nothing at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found these all day comfort and relief insoles to be a little bit thin. I thought they would have more cushion or foam within them in order to absorb the shock and cushion my feet.. They do have gel on the bottom so that might help but I really don't have high hopes. I do like that they can be cut to the size I need for my shoes. I wear a size 8 so the women's size 5 to 11 works perfectly for me. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter really enjoyed these “every day” style insoles from Up and Up. She has a slight arch in her foot but she is much more flat footed than I am. For me personally, these were just not that comfortable for all day wear. I want to point out that I not only have a very high arch, but I also have Plantar Fasciitis. The arch support is minimal and the cushion at the heel just isn’t enough. If you have a high arch or Plantar Fasciitis I would not recommend, however, if you like are more firm shoe and have a slight arch or are flat-footejust d, then this may be the perfect insole for you.
