Gets rid of grass and weeds.

We like that it kills weeds. However, I have to fence off the sprayed so my dog doesn't get poison on her paws and lick it off.

Works a bit slow but end results are great

dislike the cost.

Round Up has always worked well for me. But, difficult to make price comparisons when the product is presented in various cost per unit. I had to work out the cost per sprayable ounce to rightly compare various products and concentrate vs. ready to use. The Amazon price was the best for the concentrate in terms of sprayable ounce.

Easy to mix,does kill weeds

Definitely more positives than negatives, but my biggest negative is having to do at least 2 applications around 6 weeks apart for solid results. An affordable way to kill your unwanted week/grass spots - I sprayed an even coverage using a hand pump 1 gallon sprayer right after mowing/weed whacking, but had to mow/weed whack and respray after about 6 weeks.

I curse the fool who decided to import Carpobrotus edulis and related species into California. It was supposed to serve as an erosion-inhibiting ground cover, but in reality it often makes the situation worse by displacing native vegetation and pulling soil downhill when it gets wet. The state, in its vast wisdom, decided back in the middle of the last century to plant vast amounts of it alongside our famous freeways, where it was supposed to be practically maintenance-free. In reality it gets out of control whenever the winter rains come, and the California Department of Transportation (CalTrans) spends a lot of effort keeping the stuff from growing into traffic lanes, over road signs and emergency call boxes, etc. Guess what the state uses to slow the invasive weed down - Glyphosate, the active ingredient in RoundUp.I've used it around my house in San Diego with great success keeping my next-door neighbor's ice plant under control. It works well on the plant known variously as ice plant, Hottentot Fig, pickle weed, and by a few other colloquial names some of which are not suitable for inclusion in a review.California is not the only place that has a problem with this pest of a plant. It grows well in any Mediterranean climate. It's particularly bad in parts of Australia and New Zealand.
