I loved it until I discovered a hole in the front panel. Started like a crack over time it melted and now has a dime shape hole in it.

After 9 months of use it stopped working. The screen will no longer turn on.

Stopped working at the one year mark. Won’t heat up anymore.

The non-stick tray has lost its coating in most places and one of the 4 rubber 'feet' is broken after only a few months. They don't sell a replacement tray on their website, and when I contacted customer service they wanted me to call in and give my payment information over the phone, which I'm not comfortable doing. Wish I had bought a different brand.

It worked just fine for a month and all of a sudden it stopped working. It stopped heating my food. Don’t get this!

I bought this item to replace the same model I had before for some years that sparked out and died. I like that the buttons on this newer model are quieter. I dislike that the basket on this newer model is super difficult to put back into the air fryer. It’s terrible. Not sure if I am going to keep it because of the basket issue. The update to the basket to this model makes this challenging and inconvenient.

Great while it lasted. However, broke down shortly after the warranty period!! Plus, the tray is difficult to clean.

Ordered Dec.29,2021,Sadly, arrived with a Dent on cooking Drawer! Disappointed and stressful! *1st one I ordered Dec.10,2021 Loved it, till the cooking rack started peeling in Jan.2022!!

I give it 2 stars because I really really liked this air-fryer, but after a couple weeks of use, it stoped heating up efficiently, then it would act like it was preheated in just a few seconds seconds, when it typically took a few minutes, eventually that’s when it stopped heating up at all. So now it’s a paper weight because DH lost the receipt and threw away the box. :-(
