I love the design, the set up and how easy it is to set and use. However, after a month of use the air fryer keeps resetting when is in use and so it has been disappointing because I really want to love it and recommend it. But I just can't.

I purchased December 2022 and now it won’t heat to the correct temp. I hope my warranty is still in place

Love this air fryer! However the door of the air fryer recently broke off. Not sure if this is a known issue but certainly annoying as I have to use tongs to open or close the basket. 5 stars prior to this!!

The air fryer worked just fine for over a year. The non stick coating stripped really quickly so beware of that. The screws holding the door/handle to the metal basket had a coating that melted over time. The handle/door popped off when I tried to screw it back together they are now too small to stay together. The screws came loose with shaking pretty easily over the last 8 months so I am also not sure they ever properly fit.

I was initially a very big fan. It is quiet, and I like that it has so many options to choose from on the screen. But after having it for less than a year, it just stopped working. Went to turn it on one day and it wouldn't turn on ever again. Also, the bottonmtray started peeling pretty early on.

Worked great until it stopped working. Didn't even have for a year.

I bought this air fryer at Kohl’s and it came just in time:) It was huge and almost had to return them because I couldn’t open the dang door. I had to walked away 3 times and tried again and it the door finally opened with a lot of pulling. You can fit 3 banh mi in there and air fryer for 5 minutes with no preheating at 375 degrees. Crispy and ready to eat. However, be very cautious. It is very hot. The plate is extremely hot and the plate will come out if you try to dump the food on the plate. I wish the hot plate is more secure.

Bought 2+ years ago and have no real issues other than it sounds like a jet plane while cooking. No matter what I’ve tried it is still tremendously loud. Cooks food fine though and is my go-to method for cooking - just wish it was quieter.

I have no issues with the air fryer itself. What I am unsatisfied with is the fact it was a Christmas gift and when delivered it was not in a box.
