Purchased this appliance in November 2022. Beware the touch screen will start to malfunction and if you purchase the square trade extended warranty they will advise you to send the used appliance to prove that what you are stating is true. I will no longer patronize square trade for anything because the purpose on this warranty is to provide coverage past the manufacturer’s warranty and if the touch screen is malfunctioning that is no fault of the consumer.

I have purchased this item e times, just out of ease and convenience. The first one lasted 10 months. It just died. The second one in october 2022 and then the door fell off unit and all the screws fell out. FOOL ME ONCE....

All of the nonstick coating is peeling off the bottom, had it less than a year.

This product broke after 6 months of use. It was a gift from my son and when I attempted to do a warranty claim (warranty is good for 1 year), they would not honor the warranty. I filled out their warranty paperwork, provided the date of purchase. I did not have a receipt from the gift and for that reason they won't honor the claim. Terrible product for reliability and even worse customer service. Avoid this company and products. I won't purchase from this brand again.

Air frier stopped working within 6 months of purchase Manufacturer wont accept the return

Randomly adds 59 minutes to my cook time, therefore burning whatever is cooking. The screen malfunctions and I am unable to adjust anything.

This item went bad after a year. Because it is technically outside of the limited warranty (by 3 days) we cannot get a replacement. It stopped heating up but the screen says that it is. Too expensive to break after a year.

I have been using this item for several months, three times weekly. Today, TWO of the small screws loosened while cooking and fell into the food. Had I bitten down harder, I would have cracked at least one tooth. I have reported this to the company and awaiting a response.
