Literally this last sheet set had a very unpleasant odor when unpackaged. I thought that the dog had left a mess in the house. Target really needs to have a discussion with the manufacturer about the odor! (subtracted a star bc of it) Otherwise the sheets are fine and the odor was removed by laundering. I like the elastic deep pockets on the fitted sheet and the large variety of solid colors and prints. I have been using this brand for about 5 years with no wear issues such as tearing, thinning, pilling, stretching etc. Hope that the quality is still as good.

I got the mauve floral design and it's SO pretty! The sheets are really nice and thick and I love they fit my very deep mattress and have an extra elastic band to keep them on perfectly. I do wish they had a softer feel, they are definitely not smooth or soft at all. They feel like hotel sheets, just a little scratchy. They are really nice sheets just not the most comfortable.

If you have a king bed, order the Cal King. We have a normal king size bed and it's a tight fit. The sheet set itself does well in the wash, and doesn't wrinkle if put in the dryer on medium by itself. Take out after 20-minutes or when 99% dry. The "Pewter Stripe" is really taupe or cool beige like the photo. We like the smooth, cool fabric that doesn't slide off the bed like satin sheets. A terrific neutral, but...the folks who named these products could learn the correct, standard color wheel names of colors!

Material is good quality, but the whites in the sheet are much more yellow and off-white than I had hoped for. I think the pictures didn’t illustrate this well.

First don’t judge these sheets by the smell. They really do have a funky stink when you first take them out of the pouch. Have to take a star for that. It’s very unpleasant. Aside from that they are AMAZING! Love the elastic on the ends so they stay on the mattress better. They are so soft and just envelope you in comfort when you crawl into bed. They washed and dried beautifully. Definitely recommend as long as you wash them first!

The smell is terrible after you take them out. Why?!?! Other than this they’re amazing sheets. I’m very suspicious of the smell though. I used tide and washed them with extra rinse….but what the heck is that smell?!?!

Nice sheets and seem durable. I agree with most of the positive reviews.

They look great however THE SMELL when you take them out of the package is absolutely disgusting. Why do bedsheets smell like blue cheese or worse, foot fungus?? They seriously made me gag. After washing them with an extra rinse and lots of fabric softener, they didn’t smell. Other than that, so far so good with them.

The patented fit technology is superb! I've never had a fitted sheet so easy to put on our thick, heavy mattress. I've had the sheets about four weeks, washed them weekly in warm water and they are practically wrinkle free when I take them out of the dryer. The dyes are not fading (I bought the white with blue flowers - a lovely, delicate print). I would give these sheets 5 stars but they are not as soft and silky as I prefer. They felt a little warmer than my other sheets but not uncomfortably so. If I hadn't started using them during this hot, humid summer, I probably wouldn't have noticed that.
