The media could not be loaded. I like the look and the size (doesn't come as big as you think, but I mostly got it for my 5 and 2 year old anyway) but as i was filling it up for the first time, I recorded this, which shows a lot of bubbles coming up all around the splash pool which I dont think is intended. I have a request out to CS to review. Those holes on the seam will almost certainly let water in that area. I live in CO so luckily mold shouldn't be as big of an issue, but its definitely inconvenient.
