The smell of the case. How do you even send that out for kids. Straight toxic. Smells like cancer, kerosene or whatever. Gave me a headache straight out the box. Now I have no case.

You get what you pay for. Last 11 months.

Okay tablet for the price. Pro-uses google play store, can set time limits on usage. Cons- battery doesn't last long, case it comes with is just a thin silicone case and you can't find other cases that have handle or stand built in and camera is horrible.

The battery does not last long at all. My daughter has an iPad that can last all day while this tablet lasts an hour or so.

Screen quality isnt that great. Battery life. Is horrible. And it is VERRRRY SLOW. It takes forever just to load an app.

I bought 3 for my triplets and two of them will no longer charge. I have had them for 3 days. You can imagine my frustration. I guess it’s a gamble with this product. I have NEVER wrote a bad review. But I am extremely unimpressed.

I bought this tablet for my 5 year old. It is easy to use and the case is good quality. The touch screen did stop working after about a month. I contacted their costomer service and they sent me a brand new one that is working just fine.

Their was one that would not turn on one that is broke and one that is the only one working...

I'm truly saddened by the fact that the battery dies within 50 minutes of being fully charged. My poor daughter is so upset by this. Truly contemplating on whether or not to return this product and go with the Amazon Fire 7. Those tablets do not drain so quickly!
