Does not hold charge

what I disliked about the product is that it was not easy to program and to date i still have not seen the preinstalled programs as mention in the advertisement. The protective shell that its in a perfect, however there was NO "SCREEN" protection the screen cracked in 11 days .

Only lasted one big fall... Definetly not as sturdy as out kids fires!! Was slow, thin, bad battery life. Cheap

Not so great

Very slow responce. Takes too long to open apps and get search results ( no issue with the internet, since the other devices work well). Have tablet with similar characteristics and works much better ... though I paid more for it. The description of the product on the amazon said "LARGE STORAGE & LONG-LASTING FUN- With 16GB of onboard storage and up to 128GB of added storage via microSD card slot" and I bought 128GB SD card from the same seller... only to turn out that the tablet can accept 32GB - this is written in the manual ....

This tablet is kind of disappointing. We were looking for a tablet for my son for Christmas and decided upon this. The battery only charges up to 85%. There is also not many games and it runs really slow. He kind of doesn't want to use it because the videos load is too slowly for him to play with. And I'm frustrated at the 85% battery level if it even gets that high usually it charges a lot lower. I wouldn't get this brand again thank you

The tablet was extremely slow when I got it yesterday, but today the touchscreen is so unresponsive, I can't even unlock the tablet. No idea whats going on with it as I've had it for less than 24 hours. Update: I did a factory reset and let it sit for a day and it runs okay now but still often very slow but at least usable for my kids.

good for a 2 year old but battery is horrible in use you might get an hr and it dies very quickly even when you don't use it maybe 6 hrs or so and its very slow but thats to be expected for the price.

2 months and child broke it. Not kid proof. 3 year old broke it.

Battery life is not good. Everything else is ok
