I got two pair, one for me and one for my son. . I will end up losing mine because I can’t keep them in my ear . This isn’t my first pair of ear buds but it’s the pair I can’t keep in my ears . It drives me crazy

I've had all Samsung earbuds these are the worst and I'f I could have found the box I would have sent them back not meant for women ears that oval insert and they won't stay in my ear for nothing unless I'm not moving my head

Excellent Sound and Features. ANC is simply amazing. The features are outstanding.....Too bad they fall out of my ears even just bending over... Yes, I tried all the tip sizes and some foam tips. Also too bad is the battery life. I get, at most, 5 hrs just working with ANC and music playing with no more than two 5 minute phone calls! I was looking forward to using these on airline flights and enjoying the exceptional noise canceling but they wouldn't make a whole 5 hr flight with ANC and listening to a movie/music/audio book/etc. Not to mention the fit problem and the possibility of them falling out just moving around the cabin of the plane.

The quality of these ear buds are fantastic. However, they would not stay in my ears. I changed out the rubber tips trying to find a good fit, but I couldn't get them to stay in my ears while doing anything active. It was enough of a deal breaker that I returned them and bought another pair of Galaxy Buds+ like I've owned previously. They have a fantastic physical design that makes then stay in my ear almost flawlessly. I wish the Buds Pro had similar rubber flanges that help them stay in the ear, that's a great feature to add in the future.

So coming from the first gen buds i can say the call quality is 200% better than first gen buds, people say they can hear me clearly and they sound good. Which is why i gave them 3 stars. 2. I don't know what samsung did to these ear tips but for some reason, every hour or so, my ears get incredibly itchy and that's a BIG no-no. It's like they coated all the ear tips with a 2nm film of poison ivy and for idk, $270, they really get on my nerves. 3...Another turn off was how they shapped the hard plastic tip where sound pours out. It's an oval shapped monstrosity that was desgined to max out your blood pressure because i still can't find out how exactly to put these in. I have a feeling i know how they go in but everytime i "figure it out" they want to fall out and itch like crazy. If you smile they will wiggle out etc. My return window is closed because i wanted to like these expensive rock scippers but after 2 months of owning them, i'm not a fan. BUT they sound great, have good call quality and good ANC. After a couple months of owning them they still itch just not as bad as new

so these guys sound pretty good im not going to lie but my only real issue is there uncomfortable I can't stand having them on for longer than an hour they just start hurting my ears, and I'd like to think I have pretty normal ears, I don't know what Samsung was thinking with the design for theses.

I've had these for about two weeks and I'm kind of disappointed. The sound quality is no issue, however, I have a few issues. 1) They really are just not comfortable. I found my wives Apple Airbuds pro much more comfortable. They feel like their falling out, but for most part they do stay. 2) Biggest issue I have thar still has me considering sending them back is the latency, it's a pretty obvious delay which makes videos look like their voice overs. The gaming mode doesn't seem to correct it entirely and the sound assistant app metronome doesn't quite get it either. My $50 Skull candy Wireless buds with neck band are much more comfortable and I don't see a perceptible delay and my wives apple airpod pros don't seem to have a perceptible one either. If it wasn't for losing alot of the functionality of the pods I would use the apple air pods with my galaxy.

The sound is good and clear, and they are great when using the ANR feature, however, they do not stay in the ear very well during exercise. The movement of the jaw actually works these loose from the ear. When weight training, the harder you breathe, clench, or exhale the quicker they seem to come loose. This is a distraction as you're continhaving to press them back into place or worry they may fall out completely. Tried using them when going on a jog. The above mentioned actions, as well as the pounding from striking the ground with each stride forces these loose. In short, I bought these to use in my gym and exercise activities since corded headsets and mp3 players were always getting in the way. I honestly think these buds are worse! If you're content to just sit on your ass and not move while listening to music, podcasts, etc, then these are for you. If you're active, keep searching. Despite the sound quality, they are pretty useless for me and my needs.

Really like the sound. I was initially concerned that it would be a good fit/seal, but they fit quite snugly and have yet to feel like they're falling out. I've already had to make use of the "Where's my Buds Pro"-feature as I accidentally dropped one under a car seat. Very useful! Other features have been less useful, starting with basic touch controls. On top of accidentally hitting pause constantly (never realized how much I nearly touch my ears throughout the day until I got these), I'm constantly getting the wrong input. 1 tap will sometimes not register, 2 taps will sometimes only register 1, 3 taps you shouldn't even try because anything can happen. I've given up and just opened my phone to make the desired input. The feature that turns down the music when you start talking is equally inconsistent. If you yawn, clear your throat it always seems to work. Try to get it to happen when you actually strike up a conversation and it all falls apart. You catch yourself loudly clearing your throat, or speaking a bit louder and more often just to keep the feature working. It isn't worth the hassle, and you're better off just taking the earbud out. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. These are real nice for the sound and fit, less so for the other 'pro' features.

Estan muy bonitos, tienen buen sonido pero se caen muy facil, no entra bien a la oreja, ya se me han caido varias veces
