I received the package and it came in damaged. It looked like it had been opened. It is a Christmas gift so I have to wait until it’s given to see if it is in good working order. The damaged packaging didn’t exactly instill confidence in me. My review will be updated once I get the chance to see how the device works and if it’s properly functional.

These ear buds are great in every way they boast. Excellent sound, better noise cancelation, and more features than you'll need. However, with it being placed in your ear with no support but the ear bud tip, these buds do not stay in your ear too well. Everytime I smile they loosen, after 20 minutes you have to push them back in, and if your not noticing how loose they are be ready to catch them, cause they're going to pop out.

Everytime I'm on a phone call, within 10 minutes, one of the buds are slipping out of my ear. If I try to put it back in, I usually hang up on the call accidently. I can't get the bud to answer or hang up on a call by tapping more than 10% of the time. The best use for these buds is sitting on the sofa and watching a movie or listening to music. If I had it to do over I would have bought a real noise canceling headset. I listen to music constantly while mowing and working around the farm but I don't dare use these buds as they will be lost when they fall out of my ears.

I love the sound quality yet they fall out. I decided to keep them for when I'm riding my E-bike. I only wear one bud so i can hear my surroundings when I ride. My helmet strap holds the bud in place keeping it from falling off. That works! I took them on a flight and they would not stay in my ears for very long. I tried all the attachments.

After using the Galaxy Buds + for years I thought I'd try the newest in the line up. The sound is really good, but they do not last long, maybe 3 hours (I wear them at work and on the bus). I only get 2 charges out of the case before the charging case needs to be recharged. And the Pros don't come with the little hook that keeps them in your ear. That is one of the best parts of the Buds+ that they haven't continued on newer models for some reason.

Connected quickly without issues and sounded great. Noise cancelation was awesome. Reason for returning them is the fit. I tried all 3 sizes but none of them would stay in my ear for long. Kept hanging up on people trying to adjust them in my ears. If you can get past that part they are great.

Sound is good, and noise canceling is ok. The real problem with these is that they fall out of my ears constantly. I'm having to readjust them every 30 seconds. If you standing still or sitting they're OK, but if you have to move, walk, run etc. they fall out all the time. For the money, these were a disappointment.

The battery life is AWFUL compared to my old galaxy buds+ I don't even make it through a whole 8 hour shift with these. Sound quality is about the same. When it hears your voice it stops the music and will "amplify" sounds around you, it's an alright feature but it mostly just blasts white noise in your ears. Honestly I prefer my old pair because of the battery life. I just don't think it's worth the higher price tag. Also they got rid of the wing tip which to me feels less secure. I'm not sure why they made the battery life shorter

i love the quality of the sound and the buds but only problem is i got a defective charging case or buds won't charge. my first use of the buds when opening the package then when the buds battery was 10% i put it in the charging case and in the phone the case shows 0% charge. when i plug the case in the charging port it shows the red charging LED, after a few hours i took out the buds from the case but the phone alerted me that the buds were 5% battery left. but the charging case has green LCD (shows fully charged) but in the phone app the charging case shows 0% battery. i filed for replacement and Amazon seller send a replacement and i returned the product. hopefully the replacement won't be defective when it arrive. will wait 2 to 3 weeks because i live in a small island called American Samoa.

I am happy with the sound quality etc.., but the slightest touch to adjust it in your ear, could hang up instantly.. turn the volume, skip forward. There seems to be no good way to adjust them, once they are connected..
