Don't Buy This

It's only good when it works. Such a short life span. Started having trouble about 10 months after using it and now I just give up. Its not a cheap machine. It should last longer. Leaked all over my counter from underneath and the trouble shooting number will keep you on the phone over an hour on a video call trying to help but it doesn't. So aggravated! Basically dont buy this!

I have a brand new vertuo next I have never been able to used that doesn't work😭. I purchased it a few years ago but didn't use it as my Nepresso Plus was still going strong. Now I'm out and have to decide on a new machine. Unfortunately it wont be nepresso. Please do better

Save your money don't buy this mechine

My vertuo plus sounds like a jet engine and machine vibrates. I’ve only had it for two years. It’s just gotten louder. Contacted Nespresso their customer service sucks. They offered a 35% off coupon for their website but only on full price machines.

Item Came Used

While I’m sure the machine itself is fine, the machine came used when I paid full price for what I thought would be a new machine. When I opened the box to set it up, there was a used coffee pod already in the machine. Then when we ran the cleaning cycle the water came out dirty and with coffee grounds already in it, making it more obvious the machine had been used. Finally, when we opened the sampler pods we found that 4 of them had been swapped out with random Starbucks pods. When we contacted customer service about what could be done for our inconvenience, they only offered a measly $15.00 eGiftcard, even though the price of a used machine is $130 at other retailers and we paid $199 for our falsely advertised machine. Ultimately, the machine itself is fine, just don’t buy it at Target.

Dont waste your money

We purchased this machine and it’s been one year and 2 months and the water compartment started leaking so now if the water reservoir is on the attachment it leaks. Contacted Nespresso who started because it’s been over one year (14 months) they can’t replace but offer a 35%discount on a new one. This machine is $200 and it broke in one year. Don’t waste your money.

Stupid

I hate this machine! It requires a phone and an app to operate. The manufacturer is to lazy or too cheap to build in functionality. They want to use your cell phone. So what happens when the wifi goes out? Or when my phone battery dies? I'm returning this garbage. Stop complicating coffee!

I hate this thing

I will never buy another Nespresso Machine. I have had this machine less than a year and it has been a ridiculous pain in the behind. It get's stuck in descaling mode every single time I have to descale. I mean seriously it shouldn't be this complicated just to clean the stupid thing.

Not happy at all

I had this machine for my birthday it hasn’t been a year yet and I’m having issue I found water leaking underneath my machine stop working and the button turns red and it’s brewing my coffee less I’m very upset that this is happening to me. Do your research for better machine. Don’t buy vertuo next

I do not recommend, this machine is known to leak.

Do not get this machine, it is known to leak. The Nespresso team will make you jump through hoops to get a warranty claim in.
