I've had Vertuo Next machines for years and have had nothing but a positive experience. The one at the office is used multiple times a day and my wife and I still enthusiastically recommend Nespresso products and this machine to friends and coworkers! Let me also add that the coffee the Nespresso machines produce is what got me to switch from other products. So much better and I couldn't believe the quality of the flavor and fullness of the coffee. Great products and coffee IMO!

There is nothing like the ability to make a homemade espresso or your favorite coffee shop beverage at home when you’re a busy working mom. The design of this is sleek enough to sit on my counter all day, the coffee that Nespresso sells is comes in a great variety. The bundle makes it even sweeter with the milk frother! Would recommend over and over.

Boy was this a step up from my college Keurig. THIS is the Nespresso model everyone needs to be getting - the other models seem to have technological issues but this one has never failed me and I’ve had it for 3 years now. Makes coffee shop level coffee and the matte black is so chic in my kitchen.

The best coffee maker I have ever owned. Don’t get me wrong I love a good coffee pot cup, but the coffee from this machine is tastes good with a nice cream. The fact that you can also make espresso and lattes is a HUGE plus!

Love my Nespresso vertuo! This particular machine allows you to pour carafes which is why I bought it. Perfect for large groups or multiple coffee drinkers. Keep on your maintenance and you’ll have a perfect cup of coffee every single time. Descaling takes about 20 minutes every 2-3 months (our household has about 3-4 coffees per day).

You need this machine! I drink coffee at home everyday since purchasing. The coffee quality is so good and it brews so quickly. Seriously the easiest espresso machine and so easy to clean.

I started using Nespresso after trying it at a hotel we stayed at. I bought the Vertuo machine with the frother so I could make cappuccino. After the first cup I was hooked as was my nephew. He also bought a machine. It's so quick to make a cappuccino and make whatever flavor you want by using different coffee pod blend and flavored cream. Cleanup is less than a minute. I no longer use my Keurig. I have tried almost every coffee blend they offer and have not found one that I don't like. With the Vetuo machine it made me love coffee again! No more boring coffee. I drink it throughout the day. It's much cheaper than a coffee shop and every bit as good!

Nothings starts my morning off right like a cup of Nespresso coffee! Amazing tasting coffee at the touch of a button. The pods can be a bit pricey, but compared to going to a coffee shop daily, you get good value for your money!
