Not a good fit for me

I bought this machine a week ago and I’m ready to return it The locking mechanism is hard to turn and anyone with arthritis in their hands. It hurts. Hate this new system. Coffee still tastes good but not worth the trouble

Did not last!

Coffee is good but not as hot as Keurig. Unfortunately it stopped working less than a year after getting it. Troubleshooted and bought the descaling kit but it is done! Very disappointed!

Disappointing

Disappointing. Loved my Nespresso Evoluo which is going on 6 years old. I thought this newer model would be an improvement, but it definitely is not. The crema dissipates almost immediately. I also thought being able to move the water tank from one side to the other would be beneficial but it is awkward and the container does not seem very secure. It is not that it doesn't work. I am just not impressed with the overall design of the machine and although it may be my imagination, without the crema, the coffee just doesn't seem to taste as good.

not happy with this machine

I got this machine as a gift , too date the expresso is warm NOT HOT , going to call Nespresso to see if they have any explanation why ??

Not worth the money

I bought two had to return first because it would not brew some pods which is a waste due to how expensive they are. The second is doing same thing and. It’s too late to return. I retry the same pods but won’t work so need to toss the unused ones. Not sure if anyone else has this problem but two machines doing same thing I be suprised if I am the only one. Definitely not worth its money.

Machine doesn't last long

I've had this machine for about a year and it's stopped working and is defective. When I first looked at this machine in a nespresso store, the salesman said "don't trust the reviews online, there were some issues but they've been fixed and the machine works great now". Well the reviews were correct. This machine has massive problems with longevity. My first nespresso machine lasted me just shy of 5 years. Bought this one thinking the new features were worth it and would last me a good amount of time...i was wrong. Still got a year out of it though and the features of the extra sizes and such are awesome. I'm not sure if i just had one of the older machines that may have been part of the original problem batch, but disappointed in it especially if the people selling it know it may not be a quality product that one would expect and are still pushing it on people.

Not worth the hype

When this machine actually works, it's great. But it has not lived up to the hype. Haven't even had it 2 years and there have already been so many issues. Leaking coffee, blinking red, constantly running it through clean cycles, etc. I have gone through the steps with Nespresso to try and fix the issues, we have reset it, descaled it and it still isn't consistently brewing coffee.

great coffee, if it works

great coffee, if it works. Repeated problems with this machine starting to brew then flashing error codes After three calls to support, two video calls and a lot of wasted time. The machine is just poor quality. Hard to clean and unreliable. Would NOTreccomend.

Not Okay!

I purchased my machine in February of last year. It worked perfectly for over a year. About a month ago, it stopped brewing without me descaling or cleaning the machine before use. I have descaled this unit, ran the cleaning cycle at least 30’ times in the past few weeks. I called the support line. The first person connection was bad. He said he would call me back, but never did. So, when I called back the lady was in the process of helping me and then her line disconnected and she never called back either. They ask for your number to call back when disconnected, but do not call back. Anyway, I did complete the toothbrush cleaning instructions and the toothpick instructions. It worked for a week and now it’s back to requiring me to clean it before brewing my morning coffee. This is impractical and flat out unacceptable. I owned the K brand machine without any issues for many many years. It is not okay that this machine cost more and last much much less. I am beyond annoyed and frustrated with Nespresso at this point.

Wish it lasted longer

I have absolutely LOVED my Vertuo plus the past 2 years. I never had any issues with it. Until recently I did a descaling cycle with the Nespresso descaling kit and ever since then my coffee has tasted burnt. I have also kept up with the descaling cycling and rinsing and never had this issue before. Now after several attempts to rinse, and descale again, my machine only produces burnt coffee. My machine is JUST out the 2 year warranty window so now I am out a Nespresso machine. My heart is broken. I was offered 35 % off another machine but it's a lot of money to shell out when the machine is supposed to last a lot longer than 2 years. Very disappointed :(
