Mediocre coffee, finicky machine, expensive. I wouldn't spend the money if I had to do it over.

Solid machine, works faultlessly and quickly to brew a cup of coffee/espresso and I even feel a bit of delight when I hear that centrifuge start spinning BUT the coffee just tastes bad. Their marketing campaign is great because with pods costing close to a dollar each I was expecting great coffee but every flavor I tried was just weak and tasteless. Espresso was better but not great (but tolerable). I have a Breville and I just wanted something easier, cleaner and faster and this definitely checks off all the boxes with above criteria but fails to make a decent cup of coffee. BTW I am not a picky coffee drinker. I do dump in sugar and cream liberally whether it's a pour over, brewed in a Moccamaster or the communal office coffee pot so I am not a purist by any means. The coffee is just not tasty.

I was sooo excited to get home and try this and I was looking forward to trying all the pods it comes with and I open it and pods are no where to be found will be returning

I had the vertuo by DeLonghi & loved it. I kept hearing this particular machine (vertuo by BreVille) was better than the one I had. The thing is I never saw the BreVille one at my store.. until yesterday. So I gifted my DeLonghi to a friend and bought this machine.. Big mistake, for multiple reasons. Yes I absolutely love how it looks, but that's about it. The reservoir is much smaller, literally no cup I own fits under the spout, and because of that I have to awkwardly hold a cup for my coffee and a cup to run water through. I almost could have dealt with that, but my biggest complaint is the water was not getting hot.. at all. It was barely luke warm.. and that I cannot accept. My DeLonghi got the water very hot. I did look up how to help that, and I read that if I ran a good amount of water through it, it would help get the pressure up and make the water hot.. didn't make sense to me but hey, I tried.. did nothing at all. So back to the store it will go. Definitely exchanging it for the DeLonghi again. Two stars because I like the look of it.

The pods are huge and it makes about a half a mug of very bitter coffee with too much foam. It's getting returned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As much as I love my new machine, I’m wishing for better packaging. I bought 10 sleeves to try a lot of different coffees to see what I like best. I believe the packaging of the sleeves would be enhanced if it was easier to see descriptions - I’m always turning the boxes looking for whether it’s a single or double espresso, strength, etc.

I loved this machine when I first bought it! After about 3 months it stopped working. I read that you should descale after a couple months so I did that. Also read that if it’s not making coffee you may need to reset it. I did that as well. I’ve tried everything you’re suppose to do & it still won’t make my coffee how it did when I first got it! 😭

Stoped working after not even 6 months. It was an on again off again thing where the machine would open but not close it eventually closed and then decided not to push water through. The reason why I gave it 2 stars was because I contacted Nespresso and they replaced it for me as it was faulty.

I loved this machine, when it actually worked. I descaled and cleaned frequently and only got about 2 years out of it which for the price isn’t good. It’s just stopped brewing altogether regardless of my troubleshooting.

It's difficult to believe how cheap this machine feels. It's loud, and frustrating to open and lock. My machine will move several inches and if the tiny water reservoir doesn't spill, it will need to be topped off that morning anyway. I'm returning this to the place of purchase and buying an older design with much better features. My friend in Canada had one of a similar design to the one I'm replacing this with. It was super easy, one tiny lift upwards and it discards the old pod and is ready for the next. Having been a Nespresso user for over a decade and a half the quality of this machine really took me off guard.
